Not all mothers love pink, dainty flowers, so not every Mother’s Day card should be that girly! Jeremiah’s Nana is a rocker at heart, so it just makes sense that her Mother’s Day card is designed especially for her. I spruced up this elegant frame and pieced together some sentiments to give this card a (Ba)Nana signature. I made the card with two colors I know she’ll love.
Nana was born in London, England (if you were listening carefully to that last statement, you would hear that I said it in a deep, English accent – it probably came out Australian, but I love that you are kind enough to look past that). At an early age, she traveled across the pond to the States and hasn’t looked back. Sure, she gets teary-eyed at royal weddings and enjoys two (or five) ceremonial teas a day, but this woman will generally be found jogging on the beach or soaking in the rays. In the summer, Nana is almost always in short-shorts and a Rolling Stones t-shirt (alternative outfit: short-shorts and a Pink Floyd t-shirt). In the winter, it’s jeans and a leather bomber coat. Not your typical grandma (I can hear Nana wincing now).
