Small Gift Box

So, I couldn’t sleep Saturday morning because the idea crossed my mind that I could create a box using a Yardley’s soap box as a template. I know that plenty of people have done this, but I had not. 3:00am is the perfect time to try. With a piece of Whisper White card stock, a paper trimmer and some paper snips, I went to work on my first 3-D project from “scratch.”. Easy peasy!

Last night, I received a Stampin’ Up! order that contained the stamp set Every Little Thing – a perfect set for a small image on my little box! I went to work on a new box with colored card stock:

STEP ONE: Deconstruct soap box:

STEP TWO: Trace and cut out of card stock. I used Pacific Point. Score along the folds of the box.

STEP THREE: Decorate the box!
