I have been completely swallowed up by my To Do List lately. I’ve been chipping away at the list, but it seems that more is added to it than is taken away from it. I’m really great at planning a project and making great progress on it. I’m not always great at completing it and putting a pretty bow on top. When I got home from work yesterday, I knew I needed to get my product shares packaged up to get them mailed out (I’ve been cutting, sorting and wrapping ribbon for a week). No more time!
On my way home, I was so happy to hear from Allie, who generously offered to swing by and help me out. I finished up the ribbon and completed the paper shares. We packaged it all up, and it’s all ready to be shipped. I couldn’t feel better about what I was able to accomplish with her assistance! Here’s a sneak peek at the ribbon, all wrapped, sorted before it was bagged up to ship out:

What a lovely sight! In the end, I had 290 bundles of ribbon with 2 yards of ribbon in each bundle. I also mailed out brads, buttons and Designer Series Paper shares, but the ribbons made for a beautiful picture, don’t you think?
After everything was packed up and ready to mail in the morning, Allie and I started to walk out of my Stampin’ Studio (I really call it my basement, but I go back and forth between Stampin’ Studio, Craftroom and Stampin’ Workspace). We were ready to call it a night when I realized I didn’t have a project to share with my loyal readers. What to do?! What kind of revolt would I experience Thursday morning if I had nothing to share? When I told Allie I didn’t have a project to share with my readers, she (without missing a beat) whipped out one of her wedding thank you cards. Allie was married last month. She put many hours into her invitation, decorations and thank yous. Her cards are adorable:

I had no desire for Quint-essential Flower until I saw Allie’s cards last month. She had so much fun with this stamp and her punches – she made her thank yous with many different designs. I bought the set, taking her lead, and can’t wait to use it.
I feel really good about where I am with my To Do items and can’t wait to get back to creating tonight.
Stamp sets: Perfectly Penned, Quint-essential Flower Paper: Pumpkin Pie, Tempting Turquoise, Basic Gray (looks darker than that, but that’s Basic Gray), Whisper White Ink: Basic Gray, Pumpkin Pie Accessories: Circle and Scallop Circle punches, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Thanks for stopping my blog today! I had so much fun.
Brian
Don’t forget! My One-for-One Holiday Card exchange is going on now. Make your best holiday card, mail it to me, and you’ll get one in return. It’s that easy! Check out the post here.

Good morning, Brian. I think the fun picture of your ribbon share makes a great “project share” picture! All that gorgeous ribbon in all those gorgeous colors! That was a HUGE project, Brian. I know all your participants will be so excited to receive their package … I know I will! Thank you!
And to have Allie help you finish up AND then give you her beautiful thank you note to share. Great friend! I love that she made different designs, too, and didn’t stick to what used to be the tradition of all the same design for wedding thank yous. How fun!
So thanks to both of you for Brian’s Thursday edition of Stamp with Brian! (Whoa, too much coffee already. I’d better put this energy to good use and go sit at my stamping desk!) š
Wow…..you have been busy …. apparently lots of people jumped on to the product share offers. I love buying product shares because you have a sample of just about everything to see if you`d like to buy more plus you get lots of stuff to make cards . Hope you plan to offer this again when the new mini comes out. Now I am glad Allie introduced you to that cute Quint-essential flower. As I remember you told me to wait until next time to order it because I couldn`t spell it! You just wanted to use it first !!!! Have fun using it …wish I had one …oh and btw Hi Allie…thank you for helping the Donald Trump of product shares ……
The pic of the ribbon share looks beautiful. Looking forward to receiving them.
So, what is this about a product share? Details, please!
There is a page link at the top of this page…Doesn’t it look exciting!!! I think so too and cannot wait for the Jan one….when I will be living in the US and Brian will ship me things there (to bring home to Canada!!!)
I have been thinking of you and the time you were spending assembling all of those great product shares. Was hoping you had some help. I’m sure Bandit tried to help with the ribbon. My cats like to give their input when I’m working on a project. Looking forward to receiving my paper share! Thank you for offering the shares!
Lovely colors of those ribbons. Glad you found Allie to help you out. I might jump at the next product share.
I’ve heard of product shares on other blogs, but how does yours work Brian? Do SU demo’s do it too? Lovely card… and that ribbon looks “oh so soft and cuddly”… š
Allie’s card is beautiful. I love the colors and her thoughtfulness in sending handmade thank you cards for her wedding. And your ribbon pic is like over the top. Frame it. It belongs in your stampin’ studio. I think you should find a name for your studio. It doesn’t have to be called a studio. You don’t stamp or blog like any other stamper so use that creativity to give it a name! And get that ribbon pic enlarged and framed and get it on the wall, it is really cool. It wouldn’t be half as punchy if it were in a store on a shelf. But this is ribbon you worked with your hands. Own it! š
Your share pictures would have been enough, really! Pretty card…TFS!
