I filmed a handful of videos this past week and will be rolling them out little-by-little over the next week. I filmed today’s video to introduce you to Project Life and to share the Project Life scrapbook page I created after the Stampin’ Up! Incentive Cruise earlier this month. Here’s my video:
I really had a lot of fun making this scrapbook page to commemorate this event. My everyday stampin’ supplies really helped me to shape this page into a finished project. Now my memories are preserved forever – phew! I was worried I would forget that moment.
Have you checked out all the Project Life supplies that are already available for purchase? There will be many more options when the catalog is released next week (June 2 could not feel farther away…), but here’s what’s available right now:
To purchase or read more about any of these items, please click here. I’m so excited for you to see all the great options available in the catalog, as well.
Tomorrow, I’ll be sharing a card I made with an item from the Everyday Adventure Project Life Accessory Pack. I’ll also share a quick video of some of the other great items in the Project Life product line. Woo hoo!
Thanks for stopping by today!
Brian

Wonderful! A fabulous approach to documenting special moments! Quick, easy and super fun! Oh and best yet, they now coordinate with Stampin’ Up! color pallet and stamp graphics a Win Win for us SU Stampers!!
Congratulations on your award Brian! Project Life makes it so easy to remember those important moments. That’s a great page that you put together. : )
Great video , thank you for so much information and inspiration ! And congratulations on your award -I would have loved to see your battle ( no video from that ? ) ! Greetings, Anita
Brian, this was priceless! What fun and you definitely showed how easy it can be to do scrap those memorable moments with a Project Life page. Thanks for the smile first thing today!
Wow! Congrats on that fabulous award! Oh, yes, nice job on the PL page too!
The only thing missing is what song did you win the AWARD for ? I think you did a very good job describing this product . It makes a great gift for a new mother or going off to school or a great wedding gift ! Plus I think that it is great that SU did the cards and such in their colors . Now… I think you should start singing the intro into your videos !! Just saying ……
I hope y’all realize how tongue-and-cheek the whole bit about the medal is…
I literally just about spit my coffee out when you sheepishly pulled out the medal from under the table! I am just getting into Project Life so this was a fun video to watch! Happy Friday!
You don’t know how happy this makes me. 🙂
I have not scrapped in years now. In the past I made many scrapbook albums. I didn’t really get the consent of Project Life but now thanks to your video I get it. It really is clean and simple. I just may look into this in the future. Thanks Brian, and good job.
I love this idea. You convinced me to take the leap and start using the Project life. What song did you win with? Thanks for showing this great idea. Have a wonderful weekend.
Your video rocks and I love how you pulled that medal out so proudly to show us!!!!!
Great overview and love the story your photos show! Thanks for sharing! Hugs!
What a fun video and super easy way to scrapbook! Thanks for sharing!
Your story about your award, totally cracked me up ! I love your sense of humour! Have a great day also! 🙂 Jennifer, Canada
Brian, that’s awesome that you found a way to work Project Life and scrapbooking into your life and business. Your story is awesome! (I knew you’d love the music trivia on the cruise, congrats on your win!). I also scrapbook occasions. I have two scrapbooks from cruise vacations, one scrapbook from Leah’s and my mission trip to Malawi, Africa, another for a trip to visit my aunt and uncle in South Carolina, and one for Leah’s Jr. Prom. I’m currently finishing up a scrapbook for a friend of Leah’s who is an exchange student from Thailand; she’s been here for a year and leaves at the end of June. Scrapbooking events is perfect! Have a great weekend 🙂
You are a rock start on so many levels Brian!! Great video and you really nailed that scrapbooking isn’t only about big things and kids, it is about documenting life. And awards :)!
I’m sure it could be just me, but there is no sound on the video.
I hope you were able to get it to play. I checked it on my end.
Yay on the award, Brian! This video and your scrapbook page are awesome! I’m not the typical scrapbooker, either, but I do think, especially after seeing your video, that Project Life may be perfect for me, too. TFS!
Oh, one other thing… remind me to NEVER play poker with you. Your poker face scares me! You are so good at keeping a straight face while making those hilarious comments and quips!
You took the words out of my mouth, Cindy! Brian you are hilarious – I nearly just choked on my chocolate hobnob (best English biscuit ever)! So proud of you winning such a top honour!
Hello, Brian,
I am a SU customer elsewhere but I enjoy your daily ideas. Just want to tell you how fantastically creative you are, not to mention hilarious! Your “Fungeon” impresses me…uncluttered, inviting, not at all the mental image that came to my mind originally!
Thank you for being such a unique “you”.
Great Video! I just started PL earlier this year & am liking it as an easy and fast scrapbooking option. I’ll be curious to see what other creative ideas you have for using the PL materials!
Great video Brian, I’m looking forward to Part 2. This really helped give me a better perspective on Project Life.
Your scrapbook page is awesome! And, big congrats on your award! Since you like music so well, I’m wondering do you sing? If so, on your next video I expect some singing…hehehe! Thanks so much for the wonderful video!
Awesome video on how to layout a story using Project Life!! Look forward to part 2! 🙂
Oh my gosh, great explanatory video on Project Life … Scrapbooking your BIG WIN on the cruise 😉 was a perfect event to use! The only things missing are two pillows for the chairs behind you! LOL!
The shelves and chairs do not look this plain in person – it’s like the camera takes off 10 pounds. I’ll have to spruce up the shelves, too, for the next video session. Three more coming, though, with this same set-up. 🙂
I just couldn’t resist, Brian, after our chat about throw pillows 😉
Me too that’s the first thing I look for PILLOWS Brian !!!!
Lov ya,
Frenchie ,
Wow Brian , well done !!! And yep you know your music , I’m so proud of you , and love your page. Vary nice ,
Tfs,
Hugs frenchie ,
I was a witness!
Too funny! Fantastic video with a great detailed explanation of PL. As someone who has never scrapbooked, it helped me visualize what PL is all about. You do have an awesome poker face 🙂
Great video Brian! Great demonstration of the product and your page is perfect (of course it is!).
I just want to leave you with one word today…PILLOWS! 🙂
Love your Project Life page, very inspirational. Great video, thanks.
LOL Congrats on your award!!! As an AVID scrapbooker every thing I scrapbook is an event. Life is an event.
I never in a million years would have done anything Project Life, when I first saw it I was like “REALLY,, Cute but REALLY”. I love putting all the detail and extra touches on my pages. Then I saw the SU line and was impressed. I especially love the Thinlet dies. Awesome product.
And awesome video!
Brian, you found yourself on a dreamy fantasy trip at sea, called an Incentive Cruise, which you earned as you are hard-working, awesome and funny as can be (and also very successful in your SU career it seems) and you had nothing to scrapbook? Really? Dude, you’re livin’ the dream and kids-or-no-kids, you have so much to scrapbook. Just sayin’. Love PL by the way and am soooo excited to see it coming to SU!
