Last week, I shared a fun card that transformed a striped Designer Series Paper into a fun pattern. Although I thought my instructions were straightforward, I received many requests for further explanation. While I’m not always able to offer a video, I really wanted y’all to see this, so I filmed it for you. Aren’t I the greatest?! The pattern in the background of this card was created with Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper and my Square Framelits. I created a video to share how I did this – and after the video, I’m sharing a small twist on this design. First, here’s my video:
And here’s the project I completed with my club and shared in the video. I used the 1″ Square punch to crop out these small squares (instead of the framelits) and mounted them with Crumb Cake and Mossy Meadow. I cropped out a star with the Medium Star punch from Gold Glimmer paper that serves as the focal point for this card. Here’s the card I shared:
