Knew You Could…Knew You Would

I love to honor the successes of others – to celebrate friends, coworkers or team members when they succeed.  My Stampin’ Up! team has been on fire the last several months – Sale-a-Bration was a great motivator for many of them.  Whether they have found new customers, added new team members or simply found new ways to increase their enjoyment of stamping, so many of them deserve a special congratulations.  That’s why I sat down with my Whisper White note cards, Everyday Chic Designer Series Paper, the Bravo stamp set and some Stampin’ Write Markers to make a bunch of these:

Tips, Tricks and Reminders

  • Quick and simple.  I love how easy it is to make a beautiful card with Everyday Chic Designer Series Paper and a bold sentiment.  It’s hard to tell from the picture above, but I randomly colored some of the tiny triangles with thee Stampin’ Write Markers – all I needed was a quick swipe of the brush tip of the pen to color each triangle.  I added a Calypso Coral heart (punched from the Owl Builder Punch) as a perfect accent to the sentiment.

  • Infinity Shot.  You know I like to share a shot of the bulk of cards when I make more than a few.  It’s a wonderful feeling when a bunch of cards are done – they all look so great together.  Now comes the really fun part – when I write notes to each of my deserving team members.  What fun!  Anyway, here’s a quick shot of some of these Bravo notecards

  • Color Combination.  To add a little dimension to the dark backdrop of this Everyday Chic Designer Series Paper, I colored some of the triangles with light and bright Stampin’ Write Markers.  The combination of colors adds beautiful intrigue to the backdrop.  If you like these colors, too, feel free to save this:Stampin' Up!
