Snowflake Sentiments for CTS244

Before I share today’s project for the CAS(E) This Sketch Challenge, I want to thank the CAS(E) This Sketch Design Team for selecting my card for last week’s challenge as an Honorable Mention.  If you missed my Color Me Happy card with Stampin’ Blends, you can see it here.  I love the challenges from this design team – and their inspiration projects are always amazing.  Playing along is the win for me, but it’s still lovely to be recognized for the project I contributed to their gallery.  Thanks so much!

Today’s project is inspired by this week’s CAS(E) This Sketch challenge.  I chose to create a simple design that features two beautiful pages from Christmas Around the World Designer Series Paper.  Here’s my card:

And here’s the banner for Chrissy’s sketch challenge that inspired my card:

  • Snowflake Sentiments.  Do you love the sentiment I used on the card today?  I do.  Well, I have really good news for you – there are some other really great sentiments in this set.  AND the dies that coordinate are really wonderful, too.  Overall, I think this is a wonderful bundle that’s been overlooked a bit (for no good reason).  I always root for the underdog, so…here’s a look at this wonderful bundle:

  • 3″ x 3″ Squares.  To match the design in the CAS(E) This Sketch layout, I cropped two squares from Christmas Around the World Designer Series Paper.  One page has tiny snowflakes, the other looks like a cold sky with tiny sprinkles (that are, obviously, snowflakes).  There are lots of versatile pages in the Christmas Around the World Designer Series Paper.  Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in this pack of paper:  Christmas Around the World, Stampin' Up!, Brian King 144629During October, Christmas Around the World Designer Series Paper is one of many papers that’s part of Stampin’ Up!’s “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” Promotion.  To see all of the papers in this promotion, please click here or on the image below:  Buy 3, Get 1 Free Designer Series Paper Sale
  • Sweet Colors.  I adore the colors on the two panels of Designer Series Paper featured in today’s card.  Such a great combination, don’t you think?  Pool Party looks great with Basic Gray – and white looks great with everything.  If you like this combination of Whisper White, Pool Party and Basic Gray, please save this:Stampin' Up!
