A 3″ x 3″ with Four Eclectic Products

I’m excited to share a sweet 3″ x 3″ card that’s jam-packed with eclectic items – there are four products on this small card that feature the “Eclectic” name – three from one suite in Stampin’ Up!’s Annual Catalog, and one one from Sale-a-Bration. It’s sweet. It’s simple. It’s eclectic. Can you name all four products?

  • Four Eclectic Products. As I mentioned, three of the “eclectic-named” items come from one suite in the Annual Catalog. To simplify things, I’ve grouped the Oh So Eclectic stamp set with the Eclectic Layers Framelits Dies – they are sold in the Oh So Eclectic Bundle. Here’s a look at this super-sweet bundle:

During the second Sale-a-Bration release (February 15), we were introduced to Eclectic Expressions, a fun set with several watercolor images and some great sentiments. Here’s a look at the Eclectic Expressions stamp set:

The base of my card is a fun pattern of watercolor spots from Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper. Here’s a look at the gorgeous colors and patterns in the Naturally Expressions Designer Series Paper: Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper, Stampin' Up!

  • Stamping Off for a Light Watercolor Effect.  I stamped this flower on Thick Whisper White. I inked up the watercolor splotch from the set with Berry Burst, stamped it off once on scrap paper and then stamped over the flower petals. I stamped the watercolor splotch from Eclectic Expressions (stamping off once on scrap paper) on the stem of the flower and again on the focal panel of the card. I added a little more Berry Burst with a Glitter Enamel Dot.Oh So Eclectic, Eclectic Expressions, Stampin' Up!, Brian King
  • Color Combination. I pulled the sweet colors for this card from the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper. Even though Berry Burst is not featured in the paper I showcase in the background of this card (that paper features Lemon Lime Twist, Emerald Envy and Soft Sky), I pulled the Berry Burst suggestion from the other pages. So easy! If you like this combination of Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist and Emerald Envy, please save this:Stampin' Up! Color Inspiration: Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist, Emerald Envy
