Grateful Every Day for You in Poppy Parade

Today’s card is a sweet-and-simple “thank you” with a beautiful pop of Poppy Parade. It’s such a cheery way to show someone how grateful you are for their friendship and every day support. Here’s my card:

A Big Thank You, Stampin' Up!, Brian King

Tips, Tricks and Reminders

  • A Big Thank You. The sentiment that’s the focal point of this card is from A Big Thank You stamp set. The sentiments and images in this set are amazing – and I don’t want you to miss them. The single die that coordinates is equally as amazing. I promise you will use this set a lot (especially if you are the kind of person who likes to show your appreciation to others). While I only used this stamp set on my card, I want you to see the whole bundle. Here’s a look at the A Big Thank You Bundle: A Big Thank You Bundle, Stampin' Up! 148404I also used the fun, polka-dotted Birthday Banners to create a Poppy Parade banner behind my focal sentiment and cropped it with the coordinating Bunch of Banners Framelits Dies. • Oopsies. If you look closely at the stamp set for A Big Thank You, you’ll notice it’s a bit different from the sentiment I used on my card today. That’s because Stampin’ Up! made a little grammatical “oopsies” when making this set. Instead of “Grateful everyday for you,” it should read, “Grateful every day for you.” That extra space is important if you don’t want the grammar police knocking on your door. A Big Thank You, Stampin' Up!, Brian KingIf you have ordered this set (and if it has no space between “every” and “day,” then you can contact your demonstrator who can get you a new stamp with the corrected wording. Demonstrator Support will send just the single stamp that you can replace in the version you have. Yay!
  • Tropical Escape Designer Series Paper. The fun, black-and-white panel on my card is pulled (unexpectedly) from the bright and beautiful Tropical Escape 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. I love that there are some black-and-white pages mixed into this pack. So versatile! Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the Tropical Escape 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper: Tropical Escape Designer Series Paper, Stampin' Up! 146916Good news!
