Tag! You’re It!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! I always get excited when a new catalog is released – I love poring over the pages, examining all of the goodies and sharing the new catalogs with my awesome customers. When I placed my demonstrator pre-order at the beginning of December, I ordered copies of the 2019 Occasions Catalog and 2019 Sale-a-Bration Brochure so I could get them in the mail to my customers. Here are the covers of these books:

Each of the sets of catalogs I mailed out was adorned with a sweet tag I created with the Geared Up Garage Bundle. Instead of going with the masculine theme of the bundle, I gave the elements a feminine color scheme. Here’s a look at the tag, attached to the Sale-a-Bration Brochure:

One end of the 5″ x 1-7/8″ Thick Whisper White tag was punched with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. On the other end of the tag, I added a 1-1/4″ x 1-7/8″ strip of Melon Mambo cardstock. I cropped the gears (the largest die cut is cropped with Smoky Slate, and the smallest is cut with Melon Mambo) and glued them to the tag. I stamped the sentiment on Blushing Bride cardstock and punched it with the Tailored Tag Punch. The Tailored Tag sentiment is popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Here’s a closer look at the tag:

  5. When I received my catalogs the first thing I did was show the hubster the tag you made and he loved it also. That set is #1 on my “to buy” list which seems to be growing daily. How many gazillion of those tags did you make and how long did it take? Wow! I hope your hand isn’t aching from all that punching and die cutting. You did an amazing job and you wish list sheet was very, very much appreciated. Thanks Brian.

    • Yay! I’m so happy you like it, Grace! Also happy your hubster will encourage you to add this bundle to your order. ♥ I’ll tell you a secret – please don’t tell anyone – but Mom helped run some of those dies through the Big Shot when she was visiting for Thanksgiving. She enjoyed it. ♥
