Stampin’ Up! demonstrators are able to purchase items from the 2019 Holiday Catalog starting today – it’s a great time to sign up if you’ve ever thought about being a demonstrator (you can add these new items to your Starter Kit – and there’s a discount on the kit throughout August). My card for this week’s CAS(E) This Sketch challenge features a gorgeous panel of Come to Gather Designer Series Paper from the upcoming Holiday Catalog and is supported by a Pretty Peacock panel of Woven Threads Designer Series Paper. There are some wonderfully rich colors in this pack of paper, but this one is my favorite. Here’s my card:

Tips, Tricks and Reminders

  • A Wish for Everything. You need the A Wish for Everything Bundle from Stampin’ Up!’s 2019 Annual Catalog. The dies cover a huge variety of occasions – you’ll use them all year long. For today’s card, though, I used one of the sweet sentiments in the stamp set. While the sentiment is perfect for a Fall-themed card, it, too, could be used throughout the year. Love it! Here’s a look at the A Wish for Everything Bundle:A Wish for Everything Bundle, Stampin' Up! 151111Here’s a different view of these dies that I flipped around so you can see the words in the dies – how festive of me!Word Wishes Dies, Stampin' Up! 149629
  • Leaves. Fall is often visually defined by pumpkins and leaves (and rich Autumn colors help, too). Since the background paper is printed with beautiful, wispy leaves, I wanted to recreated them along the left side of the banner on my card. Here’s a closer look at the leaves I included on my card:A Wish for Everything, Come to Gather Designer Series Paper, Stampin' Up!, Brian KingThe leaves were pulled from the Bouquet Bunch Dies that coordinate with the Spring-themed Beautiful Bouquet stamp set. Here’s a look at these versatile dies:Bouquet Bunch Dies, Stampin' Up! 143659There’s a bow in this set of dies, but I chose a smaller, thinner one from the new Cup of Cheer Dies I shared on Monday. You can see those dies here.
  • Warm, Fall Colors. There are multiple shades of two colors on this gorgeous panel of Come to Gather Designer Series Paper – Pretty Peacock and Early Espresso. The shades of Early Espresso are so light that they almost take on a gray quality. That’s why I added a little Gray Granite bow on the sweet bouquet of leaves. If you likes this combination of Gray Granite, Pretty Peacock and Early Espresso, please save this: Stampin' Up! Color Inspiration - Gray Granite, Pretty Peacock, Early Espresso
