Winter Wonders with Paper Pumpkin

The holiday season will be here before we know it. And along with putting up the Christmas tree and spending snowy nights by the fire, many of our Paper Pumpkin subscribers will be looking forward to opening their holiday kit. Christmastime paper crafting with Paper Pumpkin has become an annual tradition!

I don’t often post about Paper Pumpkin (Stampin’ Up!’s project kits) for two reasons: (1) we don’t always have a hint of what’s to come and (2) I can’t really promote something that’s unavailable. Today is a little different. Stampin’ Up! has shared some sneak peeks at the two kits that are offered in October and November, along with an outline of what’s offered in each. Not only does the styling appear to be gorgeous, but the two kits coordinate with each other (but don’t have to be used together for complete projects).

Winter Woods Paper Pumpkin, Stampin' Up!Some people love to make cards, and some people love to make tags. Most people love to make both! To deliver more of what Paper Pumpkin subscribers love this holiday season, Stampin’ Up! is offering back-to-back coordinating kits (one with Christmas cards and one with Christmas tags). Both kits make it easy for you to add a handmade, personal touch to your holiday giving—without a lot of fuss.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN EACH KIT?

I can already hear you asking, “So, Brian, what’s included in each of the kits?” – and I’m excited to give you an answer. Here’s what’s offered in each of the two months:

October’s Paper Pumpkin Kit (register before October 10)

10 cards with 10 envelopes (4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ cards with 4-1/2″ x 5-3/4″ envelopes)

November’s Paper Pumpkin Kit (register between October 11 and November 10)

24 holiday-themed gift tags of 4 various sizes and designs.

Although the October and November kits coordinate, each kit is all-inclusive and can stand alone.

COLOR CLUES

Not only does the graphic above give us clues about the style of the upcoming kits, but Stampin’ Up! has given us a little information about the colors included in the kit, too – and I love all four of them! The mix of Pool Party, Poppy Parade, Shaded Spruce and Early Espresso are modern and fresh but still have a traditional feel to them. If you love this color combination as much as I do, then (a) order your Paper Pumpkin kit now and (b) save this for future use:

  1. Kits are alot of fun to put together!

  2. I love the surprise that Paper Pumpkin brings to me every month. Sometimes I save them and when my two daughters come to visit we each take a kit and put it together. That’s always a special time for me because we not only get to spend special time together, but we also get to laugh a lot. So I consider Paper Pumpkin more then a kit – it’s a chance to bond and have fun.

  3. I must confess I have missed then. I think I will give them another try.
