Stampin’ Up!’s OnStage event was held on Saturday here in Atlanta. The event is held twice a year, and this event unveiled Stampin’ Up!’s 2020 Mini Catalog. It’s going to be amazing, and I can’t wait to share this new catalog with you.On Friday before OnStage, I hosted Brian’s Fall Stamp-Along, an event for demonstrators to learn, share, have fun and meet new people. The event was filled with inspiration, fun games and giveaways. Who wouldn’t have fun with that?! Today I’m excited to share some pictures from this amazing event.

The tables were decorated with magnolias and small gifts for each of the attendees. Here’s a look at the quiet room just before 135 demonstrators burst in for a day of fun:

Brian's Fall Stamp-Along 2019, Brian KingThe centerpieces were simple – I wrapped green glass bottles with Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper and tied a bow of Petal Pink 5/8″ Organdy Striped Ribbon on each. I added a pair of silk magnolias to each bottle.  I had to drink a lot of San Pellegrino sparkling water to decorate the entire room. Here’s a closer look:

Brian's Fall Stamp-Along 2019, Brian KingEach seat had two gifts – one is the “Enjoy Today” kraft pillow box (I shared this project with you on Sunday – you can see that post here). Here’s another look:

Brian's Fall Stamp-Along 2019, Brian KingEach pillow box contained a little note with a sentiment from Rare Blessings stamp set (page 128 in the Annual Catalog), a flower from the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set and a signature from a really famous guy.

Each table setting includes a little Kraft Mini Shipping Box (with Stampin’ Up!’s logo and coordinated tissue paper). Inside those boxes is another gift I was happy to share. Each box held a shotglass and a bottle of Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue (the glass can be set on their desks to hold their glue upside down while they craft):

In the front of the room, I placed 15 bags of “mystery gifts” that would be opened by game winners or random drawings throughout the day. The bags contained bundles, bundled suites and project kits (among other great gifts):

Brian's Fall Stamp-Along 2019, Brian KingIn the back of the room, I positioned a photo frame so that everyone could memorialize the event with their own pictures and all of their friends. I was in a lot of the photos, too, so this one feels really lonely:

Brian's Fall Stamp-Along 2019, Brian KingAnd here’s a quick selfie I took once everyone had arrived – look at all of those smiling faces:

Brian's Fall Stamp-Along 2019, Brian KingI don’t know why I started this the first year, but I’ve been hosting a “Tacky Name Tag” contest for many years as a great way to introduce attendees to each other. A lot of people come as a group, but a lot of people come in alone or with one friend. They all leave with lots of friends – I love that! Here’s my Tacky Tag:

Candy Ford (whose tag was made with a toilet paper roll), Ethel Wegner (her tag was a Dollar Store scarecrow “pumpkin”) and Lisa Padgett (who featured a front-and-back sandwich board of crafty witticisms) shared their tags at the front of the room, and the room decided that Candy would be this year’s winner. (see how I kept my own judgement out of the decision?)

Brian's Fall Stamp-Along 2019, Brian KingA misstatement in Lisa’s reading of her sandwich board left the crowd laughing uncontrollably. Here’s Sally Nusbaum offering cheers to Lisa at the time:

Brian's Fall Stamp-Along 2019, Brian King I’ll be sharing more pictures on Saturday – including shots of our presenters and some peeks at the projects I shared with the participants. I hope you’ll come back to see more!

Thanks for stopping by today!
