My Favorite Things – Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog

At the launch of each catalog, I love the opportunity to share my favorite things in the book. I normally jump a the opportunity to share my Favorite Things list as soon as the catalog launches, but I was unintentionally delayed this go round. I guess I was having too much fun playing with all my new goodies.

But…it’s never too late, right?

Have you had a chance to get all the way through Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog? As many times as you might flip through it, you are likely to miss something you will love. I’m here to help! ♥ If you want to take a stroll through all the new suites of products, CLICK HERE.  If you just want to dive in to the electronic version of the catalog, you can see it here:

Now, let’s jump into the things I really, really love from this new catalog.

MY FAVORITE THINGS

I always love the launch of a new catalog – what’s not to love about new designs of new craft supplies?! Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog busting at the seams with all the amazing products you need for your paper crafting projects this year! There are so many great, new products showcased in this new book – and the variety of products is outstanding! I’m so excited I’ve been able to share so many of these new products with you – what fun! Hopefully this list of my favorite things will help you to shuffle your list or whittle it down a little bit – or it might inspire you to add some items you overlooked. 🙂 Either way, I’m happy to share my favorites from Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog with you. Some are themes, some are product lines and some are accessories.  Regardless, these are some of my favorite things in Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog.

My Favorite Colors

2021-2023 In Colors

This is a no-brainer. I’m absolutely in love with Stampin’ Up!’s 2021-2023 In Colors. The introduction of five brand new In Colors is always at the top of my list, and every one of these five colors is amazing! If you don’t already have them, you’ll want ALL of them! These colors will be central to many Designer Series Papers and Project Kits over the coming years, so go ahead and get them now.  I’m always happy to encourage you to make good decisions. ♥

Stampin Up! 2021-2023 In Colors - Fresh Freesia, Polished Pink, Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent, Pale PapayaIt usually takes me some time to warm up to one or two of the new colors, but I love all of these – each for very different reasons. While we WANT to look at them all together, it’s not until you see them alone (or with colors outside of this collection) that you can begin to appreciate them for what they bring to the party. I’ve been sharing about these colors since I was first introduced to them.  If you’d like to see my initial posts (including color comparisons and suggested color combinations) about these colors, click on one of the links below:

If you have to pick one 2021-2023 In Color product to purchase, I’d suggest the In Color Stampin’ Pads Bundle – always a great deal and a quick way to get all five of the colors in your hands:

2021-2023 In Color Stampin Pads Bundle, Stampin Up! 155638Bonus!  If you love Stampin’ Blends as much as I do, you’ve already noticed that all five of the new In Colors are available as Stampin’ Blends. Due to popular demand, Evening Evergreen and Fresh Freesia are currently on backorder (and unorderable at this time). The others are ready to be grabbed up. Yay!

My Favorite Suite

You’re a Peach Suite Collection – #155831 (p. 60)

I love that Stampin’ Up! catalogs are divided into suites that give us everything we need to easily design and create projects. The stamps, dies/punches, papers, ribbons and embellishments all coordinate perfectly – and there’s nothing better than that!

There are so many wonderful suites in this new catalog, but I didn’t have to think very long to select a favorite suite. This Georgia Boy was immediately won over by the You’re a Peach Suite. To see all of the items in this adorable and wonderfully-coordinated suite, click on the picture below:

  • Sweet as a Peach Photopolymer Stamp Set (10% off)
  • Peach Dies (10% off)
  • You’re a Peach Designer Series Paper
  • Mini Jam Jars

Fun tip about the bundle: after you stamp and crop the leaves from the bundle, you can fill in the spaces with a trio of peaches OR a trio of flowers. That makes the set so much more versatile!

I love all the peaches in this suite – they are home to me. Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the You’re a Peach Designer Series Paper:

My Favorite Bundles

Bundles are at the heart of all the things we love. We need the paper to go with the bundled stamp set/dies or stamp set/punch. We also love the 10% discount we receive for buying both of them at the same time. Yay!

Here are my two favorite bundles from Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog:

Artistically Inked Bundle – #155456 (p. 97)

There are so many amazing bundles in Stampin’ Up!’s Annual Catalog that are perfect for so many different occasions. I really, really love the Artistically Inked Bundle that’s featured on the front cover and first couple of pages on the catalog. It’s the first set I inked up as soon as I was able to order from the new catalog. Not only are there great sentiments, but the watercolor images in these Distinktive stamps are spectacular. Here’s a look at this bundle:

Artistically Inked Bundle, Stampin Up! 155456How gorgeous is that?!  The sentiments, the images, the dies – all are quite amazing. As a bonus, check out the INCREDIBLE patterns in the Expressions in Ink Specialty Designer Series Paper:

All Squared Away Bundle – #158382 (p. 117)

Tucked away toward the back of the catalog on page 117 is the All Squared Away Bundle that tugged at my heart the moment I saw it. I immediately knew this would be my favorite bundle and couldn’t wait to play. In case you missed it, here’s a look at the All Squared Away Bundle:

My Favorite Dies and Accessories

Tailor Made Tags Dies – #155563 (p. 166)

There are eight sets of dies featured on pages 162-166 on Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog that aren’t bundled with specific stamp sets at the front of the catalog. I am really thrilled with all eight, but I really, really love the Tailor Made Tags Dies. Here’s a look at this unbundled set of dies:

Color & Contour, Tailor Made Tags Dies, Stampin Up!, Brian KingGenial Gems – #155500 (p. 142)

The Genial Gems are adhesive-backed, faceted, glitter gems in Pale Papaya and Mint Macaron. There are 100 embellishments in a pack (25 each of 2 colors in 2 sizes). As I was pulling together product shares last week, I was really wow’d by how gorgeous these embellishments are. I’m all for glitter – when it’s trapped in a gorgeous little gem. Here’s a look at the Genial Gems:
