Sharing Sunshine with a Cute Tag

Spring is just around the corner, so it’s the perfect time to play with sunshine and flowers – today, I’m sharing a project I mad with Stampin’ Up!’s Sharing Sunshine stamp set and Celebrate with Flowers stamp set. Both of these sets are new in Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog, and I couldn’t love them more. I made some tags to share little gifts with some customers and some team members. Here’s the little tag I made:

Sharing Sunshine, Celebrate with Flowers, Stampin Up!, Brian KingThe tag base is cropped from Thick Basic White with the Scalloped Contours Dies, new in Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog. I shouldn’t really judge my own projects as beautiful or adorable, but it’s hard to make a NOT adorable project with the sweet sunshine from Sharing Sunshine. It’s adorable, right?! Here’s a look at this new stamp set in Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog:

Sharing Sunshine, Stampin Up! 155631There are so many ways to build a sun or starburst with this fun set. I built the ring around my sun with the image in the bottom, right corner of the image above. I stamped the rights once with Daffodil Delight and then turned the image a little bit to stamp again with a less-concentrated image. The sentiment on my tag is from the (also new) Celebrate with Flowers stamp set. Here’s a look at this fun set and its beautiful sentiment:

Celebrate with Flowers, Stampin Up! 155059I sent replacement plates to all of my customers who have purchased the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine from me – how sweet is this little tag on the gift? I wrapped each with a retired Daffodil Delight ribbon. ♥

When I make multiples of a card or tag, I like to line them all up and take an “infinity shot” of the project. Not all of these tags went to customers who purchased Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machines, but several did. Here’s a look at these sweet tags, lined up and smiling for their closeup:

  7. What great little tags and I really love the fact that the Celebrate with Flowers set has a vertical Happy Birthday stamp. Hopefully SU will have
more sets with vertical words. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, your tags are so full of smiles and sunshine that the recipients will HAVE TO smile in return when they are received. I would have totally ignored the Sharing Sunshine set but now I have to go back and rethink that. Terrific job, great card and I’m smiling already! πŸ™‚

    • Thanks, Grace! I love the modern flowers in the Celebrate with Flowers set, but it was this sentiment and the vertical Happy Birthday that sold me on it. So glad you like the tags. β™₯
