As soon as Stampin’ Up! announced on Wednesday that the Expressions in Ink Specialty Designer Series Paper and Blackberry Beauty Specialty Designer Series Paper had arrived in the warehouse and were able to be ordered, I hopped online to place an order. Demonstrators have been able to order from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog since early July, but this Blackberry Beauty Specialty Designer Series Paper has not been in stock. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it, so I place an overnight order. Here’s a card I made with this must-have, over-the-top gorgeous paper:
Tips, Tricks and Reminders
- Fall Beauty. The sentiment and gorgeous bird on my card are from the Beauty of Tomorrow Bundle, new in Stampin’ Up!’s July-December 2021 Mini Catalog. I held off on picking up the Beauty of Tomorrow until the coordinating paper was available, so the bundle arrived yesterday with my paper. So exciting! Please take a moment to take in all the beauty of this new bundle, which includes the Beauty of Tomorrow Cling Stamp Set and Beautiful Leaves Dies:
The largest die in this set measures 6-1/2″ x 4″ and can easily be trimmed down for a card front on an accent on a project. GORGEOUS! - Simple Beauty. A sympathy card can be very effective when kept simple – no bells, whistles and shiny accents on this card. The sentiment and image I selected from the Beauty of Tomorrow Bundle are a gorgeous way to share concern for someone you love. The sentiment says “I know this day is difficult for you” – and the inside says “I’m here for you.” Such a beautiful sentiment!
How gorgeous is that bird?! I stamped the bird with Blackberry Bliss ink on Thick Very Vanilla and popped it up with a single Stampin’ Dimensional. The bird in the set is very similar to the birds in the paper, making it beautifully coordinated. The sentiment is cropped with one of the three rectangles in the Picture This Dies, one of eight unbundled dies in Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog (if you’d like to see all of them, click here). Here’s a look at this set of dies: 
- Warm Beauty. The warm colors I used on my card are pulled right from the pages of the Blackberry Beauty Designer Series Paper. I can’t say I’d think to put them together, but the combination is brilliant – I love that someone paired them so wonderfully. If you like this mix of Cinnamon Cider, Early Espresso and Blackberry Bliss as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:
