Another Adventure with He’s The Man Suite

Father’s Day is just around the corner. Stampin’ Up!’s He’s the Man Suite gives us everything we need to make a beautiful card for the dads, sons, brothers, uncles and (insert other men in your life) who deserve to be celebrated. It’s perfect for Father’s Day, birthdays and anniversaries. Here’s the fun part – the suite is also great for the women in your life who love to grill, camp or fix things. I guess you could say the He’s the Man Suite is a versatile suite that needs to come live with you. Here’s a simple-and-layered card I made with several elements from this suite:

My card showcases two panels of the He’s the Man Specialty Designer Series Paper, a stamped image from the He’s All That stamp set and two cropped elements from the All That Dies. Along with the Rustic Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots (not shown on this card), the paper, bundle and embellishments comprise the He’s the Man Suite. I love the bundle, and I love the paper. This was such an easy card to design – and it all started with the gorgeous He’s the Man Specialty Designer Series Paper. Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the He’s the Man Specialty Designer Series Paper:

I love the Soft Succulent in this suite – it adds a really sweet tone to the browns, blacks and burnt reds in the paper. It also makes me hungry for mint chocolate chip ice cream. Am I right?! If you like this mix of Sahara Sand, Soft Succulent and Early Espresso as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:

I used ribbon! The two pieces of ribbon that subtly rest behind the sentiment are pieces of the Natural Finish 7/8″ Ribbon, part of the Abigail Rose Suite. The natural tones in the ribbon worked well with the camping scene and warm patterns on the card. Here’s a look at this beautiful ribbon:
