Three Kraft Note Cards with Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper

The Fungeon was abuzz with craftiness this past weekend. With shares and swatch books out the door, I had a full weekend to play! Today I’m sharing three cards from a larger project I’ve made with the new Kraft Note Cards & Envelopes and Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper. I love these sweet cards! I have three more to show you tomorrow, and then I’m excited to show you the decorated box I packaged them in. What fun! Here are three of the six cards I made:

First, let’s look at the common products on these cards – then I’ll show you a closeup of each card and share the differing items on each.

When I ordered the Kraft Note Cards & Envelopes (I picked them up because they were new), I wasn’t sure how I would use them and how much I would love them. Once I opened them up, though, I was in love. Not only are there 20 cards and envelopes in the pack, but there’s a fun gift box to accompany the cards and envelopes. I wasn’t expecting that! Here’s a look at this pack of note cards and envelopes:

Kraft Note Cards & Envelopes, Stampin Up!, 159247Fun, right?! Lucky for me, the natural tones of the note cards work well with the rustic appeal of the Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper. The paper includes 6 pages with gold accents and 6 different designs without the gold accents on the opposite side of each page. I used three patterns without the gold accents on these cards. Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper:

I cropped each of the sentiments on my cards with one of the dies from the All That Dies, part of the He’s All That Bundle – what a gorgeous die:

Now for a closer look at each of the three cards and the other items included on each.

Love these and a total ME project. Looking forward to seeing the whole package tomorrow. I love the colors and textures look. Perfection for the kraft goodies. Thanks for sparking my imagination while doing laundry!

  8. Beautiful cards, Brian. I love the kraft paper with the rustic DSP and all of the elements from many stamp sets, which is one of your specialties. Enjoy your day!

  9. You know I adore Kraft cardstock to begin with, but these cards are over the top. I am certain that Texture Chic DSP will be a repeat purchase for me. Thank heavens I’ve got an entire year before it gets yanked!
Love the elegance of the die cuts, too. Restrained but dynamic in their simplicity. You really rocked these cards! What’s next?!
