Three More Kraft Note Cards with Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper

Yesterday I shared three sweet-and-simple note cards I made with Stampin’ Up!’s new Kraft Note Cards & Envelopes and the Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper. Today I’m sharing three more note cards with a different spin.

The Fungeon was abuzz with craftiness this past weekend – I had a full weekend to play! Tomorrow I’ll share the box I decorated to house these cards. What fun! I Here are three of the six cards I made:

Lovely & Lasting Bundle, Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up!, Brian KingJust like the trio of cards I shared yesterday, all three of these cards have some things in common (the note cards, Designer Series Paper, the shiny gold paper and the bundle) and some things different (the die cuts and colors). First, let’s look at the common products on these cards – then I’ll show you a closeup of each card and share the differing items on each.

Like the trio I shared yesterday, the three cards above are created with the new Kraft Note Cards & Envelopes. When I ordered the Kraft Note Cards & Envelopes (I picked them up because they were new), I wasn’t sure how I would use them and how much I would love them. Once I opened them up, though, I was in love. Not only are there 20 cards and envelopes in the pack, but there’s a fun gift box to accompany the cards and envelopes. I wasn’t expecting that! Here’s a look at this pack of note cards and envelopes:

Kraft Note Cards & Envelopes, Stampin Up!, 159247Fun, right?! Lucky for me, the natural tones of the note cards work well with the rustic appeal of the Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper. The paper includes 6 pages with gold accents and 6 different designs without the gold accents on the opposite side of each page. I showcased three patterns without the gold accents on these cards yesterday – today’s cards are patterns with the shiny gold foil. Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper:

Each card features a sentiment that’s stamped with the Lovely & Lasting stamp set and punched with the coordinating Lasting Label Punch. This is a great bundle with so many great sentiments. Here’s a look at the Lovely & Lasting Bundle:

Lovely & Lasting Bundle, Stampin Up!, 158652Each of these cards also features images cut from (and a strip down the side cut from) the Distressed Gold 12″ x 12″ Specialty Paper. This paper is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS – and no photo I take is going to do it justice. You’ll just have to trust me on this one. Here’s a look at the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper:

Lovely & Lasting Bundle, Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up!, Brian KingI wish I could drive this card around to your house to show you how beautiful it is in person – the gold elements fight with each other on the card, but they look so great together in person. The sentiment is stamped with Evening Evergreen, and the butterfly is cropped with the Brilliant Wings Dies. I placed a 1/4″ strip of the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper along the left side of the Textured Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper.

Lovely & Lasting Bundle, Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up!, Brian KingThe sentiment on this card is stamped with Soft Suede ink (I tried it with Mango Melody that’s used in the paper, but that was too bright). The flowers that sprout from the sentiment are cropped with the Honeybee Blooms Dies. I placed a 1/4″ strip of the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper along the right side of the Textured Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper.

Lovely & Lasting Bundle, Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up!, Brian KingThe sentiment on this card is stamped with Soft Succulent ink. The palm branches that extend out from the sentiment are cropped with the Palms Dies – again, I wish I could just drive over to show you how beautiful this is in person. I placed a 1/4″ strip of the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper along the left side of the Textured Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper.
