Be Inspired by Something New

It’s time for another Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop – what fun! The Be Inspired Design Team is a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from all over the world who are excited to share our themed projects with you. I’m so honored to be a part of this group of talented stampers!

For today’s Be Inspired Blog Hop, we are sharing projects we’ve designed with a “something new” theme. That’s really easy to accomplish since we still have so many new products from Stampin’ Up!’s 2022 Annual Catalog to share. ♥ We hope our projects inspire you and that you leave with lots of fun ideas! If you aren’t starting the hop here, then you probably just popped over from the project shared by my talented friend Carolynn Sander.

Friends Like You

The project I’m sharing with you today is the final project (in a series of 3 posts). Between Monday and Tuesday, I’ve shared six simple cards with the new Kraft Note Cards & Envelopes. Today I’m sharing the box that comes with the note cards – I’ve decorated it with new products (including a new punch bundle and new set of dies). Here’s the lid of my kraft gift box:

Bottled Happiness, Flowers of Friendship, Kraft Note Cards & Envelopes, Stampin Up!, Brian KingThe gorgeous frame around the sentiment is cropped with a set of stand-alone dies in Stampin’ Up!’s 2022 Annual Catalog. The Fancy Frames Dies are one of 17 sets of dies that are not tied to a stamp set and will work well with so many! I cropped the frame with Early Evergreen cardstock and then glued it to a 3″ x 4-1/2″ piece of Soft Succulent cardstock. I layered that with a Very Vanilla frame and added a Very Vanilla piece to the center with the sentiment (also cut out with the Fancy Frame Die). Here’s a look at the Fancy Frames Dies:

I was playing with the bottle from the Bottled Happiness Bundle for another project when I realized how wonderfully it worked with my kraft box and as an accent on the frame. I stamped the central image of the bottle with Crumb Cake and the highlighted outline of the bottle with Soft Suede. I stamped the cork off once on scrap paper with Crumb Cake and then hand-snipped it out. I stamped the branch of leaves with Evening Evergreen on Thick Very Vanilla cardstock and hand-snipped it out. Here’s a closer look at this fun accent on the gift box:
