Thank You with a Million Thanks Card Kit

With so many new and wonderful products making their way into my craft room, it can be difficult to choose which stamp sets to ink up first. 🙂 I ordered the A Million Thanks Card Kit the day it was released because I LOOOVE the sentiments and the colors and patterns used in the kit. I couldn’t wait to ink up that “Thank You” sentiment at the heart of the stamp set – yet, last night is the first time I inked it up. I wasn’t disappointed. ♥ Here’s the card I made with elements from the kit:

A Million Thanks Card Kit, Stampin Up!, Brian KingThe as-designed cards in the A Million Thanks Card Kit are gorgeous and don’t really need embellishment. Still, I pulled together elements from each design to make my card. Here’s a look at the as-designed, completed projects in the A Million Thanks Card Kit:

I cropped two of the card bases from the kit – the Evening Evergreen panel is cut at 5-1/4″ x 4″ and glued to an Evening Evergreen card base. The Blushing Bride panel is cut to 4-1/4″ x 3″ and framed with a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock (to mimic the frame around the sentiment). I added this black, stitched paper (fashioned like a ribbon) behind the sentiment, which is stamped with Evening Evergreen. I added three black enamel dots from the kit:

Buy One Get One Half Off

As I’m writing this post to tell you about the Kit Collection Sale that’s happening now, the A Million Thanks Kit is “currently not available” – it’s relatively new, so I have to believe this kit has been very popular during the first days of this promotion. Either way, there are other amazing options available. First let me tell you a little more about the promotion…

The promotion is really simple – when you buy one of the kits in the Kits Collection, you can buy a second one at half-price. That’s quite a wonderful deal! Buy two of the same kit or mix-match kits for a variety of projects. Here’s a look at the kits that are currently available – you can click on any of these items to see them in my online store:

A year ago this week, my beautiful Mom shared a video with her feedback about the Kit Collection – if you missed that video (or want to watch it again), you can see it here:
