A Season of Hope & Light

Today’s card showcases three of the gorgeous pages in the Lights Aglow 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. These papers are SO EASY to work – nearly every combination of designs looks great together. While I intended to focus on the Cherry Cobbler patterns on the card I made today, I quickly found myself working with Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen pages (they are just so beautiful). Here’s my card:

I can’t get over the designs in the Lights Aglow 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper – every page is a star! Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in this pack of papers (my card features three pages on the top row of the image below – the fifth, tenth and twelfth):

Lights Aglow Specialty Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up!, Brian King 159535The sweet sentiment at the center of my card is stamped in Evening Evergreen using the coordinating Brightest Glow stamp set. I love the variety of sentiments in this set – perfect sayings for all styles of Christmas cards. Here’s a look at the Brightest Glow Bundle, which includes the Brightest Glow stamp set and coordinating Labels Aglow Dies:

Brightest Glow Bundle, Stampin Up! 159552I chopped away at the layers on this card until I achieved the exact dimensions I wanted for the sentiment and background panels. Here’s a list of my measurements, starting with the card base and working up to the sentiment:
