If you are Canadian or have loved ones in Canada, then you likely know the joy of Coffee Crisp chocolate bars. If you don’t know about them, they are a wonderful mix of milk chocolate, vanilla wafers and coffee cream. Yum! A coworker of mine brings Coffee Crisp bars back to Atlanta after each visit home to Nova Scotia – and we love when she returns from time with her family. 🙂 On the first day on the boat before our tour of the Norwegian Fjords, Canadian demonstrator (and wonderful friend) Allison Okamitsu gave me a little box of Coffee Crisp Pops (little balls of Coffee Crisp goodness).
While in Olden, Norway, I grabbed this photo with Jeremiah, Allison and Hayato:
As if the Coffee Crisp Pops weren’t already a wonderful start to the trip, Allison wrapped the box with Designer Series Paper and added a gorgeous topper to the gift. I grabbed a photo of the wrapper (over the bed in my cabin) before ripping into the goodies. Here’s a look:
There are so many things to love about this. Let’s start with the beautiful elements at the center of the design. The notebook paper, leaf and torn washi shape around the sentiment are all cropped with the Gorgeously Made Dies, part of the Gorgeously Made Bundle. The layers of colorful cardstock and sentiment are also stamped with the Gorgeously made stamp set. Here’s a look at this must-have bundle:
I also love that Allison created a vibrant rainbow of colors on the front of this box wrap. The layers are stamped with the coordinating color for each and torn to create a beautiful look on the box. While we were preparing to leave for vacation, I shared several rainbow combinations with the new colors (you can see that post here). I love the combination of colors Allison used to build her rainbow (I thought you might like to add this to the other rainbows you may have saved off):
The box of Coffee Crisp Pops is wrapped with Designer Series Paper, and the top is covered with this beautiful panel. I love everything about it – but the Coffee Crisp Pops didn’t last very long at all. 🙂
