Sweet Valentine’s Day Tags with Most Adored Specialty Designer Series Paper

I didn’t send out Christmas cards this past year – I made tons of them to share on my blog, but I never got any in the mail – so I knew I couldn’t make it through Valentine’s Day without recognizing some amazing friends with small gifts (a mix of awesome team members and customers). There are certainly amazing people who didn’t receive a Valentine from me, but I hope they still know how much I love them. Today I’m sharing the sweet, simple tag that accompanied the little Valentine’s Day gifts I mailed out. Here’s one of the tags:

It’s cute, right?! The tags are designed with a 2024 Sale-a-Bration selection – the Most Adored Specialty Designer Series Paper. I picked up a couple of packs to make these tags (before I realized I could cut quite a number of small panels from a single pack of papers. While many of the patterns are perfect for Valentine’s Day, they are versatile for weddings, anniversaries and all-occasion cards. Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the Most Adored Specialty Paper:

Each of the 1-3/4″ x 2-1/2″ pieces of the Most Adored Specialty Designer Series Paper is carefully glued to a Basic White cutout from the Perennial Postage Bundle. I love these dies – this bundle should definitely be on your wish list from this new catalog:

I cut patterns from four of the designs in the Most Adored Specialty Designer Series Paper – two pink and two red, building my color choices around those backdrops. Here’s a quick look at all four of the tags I created:

Each of the tags features a thin band with “HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY” stamped in Real Red. The sentiment is found in the Love for You stamp set. I added two hearts – one in Real Red and one in Flirty Flamingo – that were punched with the Bee Builder Punch. These were fun to pull together, and I hope they are appreciated. ♥

When I make multiples of a project, I like to line them up and grab an “infinity shot” of the projects on my craft table. There was no way I could line up these tags (with the tag that extends over the left side), so I tossed them around on the table for the infinity shot. 🙂 Here’s a look:

I wouldn’t normally pair pink and red, but I really love the mix of colors in this pack of papers. Add in all the white and the gold accents (I didn’t showcase any gold), and you’ve got a beautiful pack of papers. If you like this mix of Basic White, Flirty Flamingo and Read Red as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:
