It’s been a busy week with so many exciting things to share. I hope you’ve enjoyed every bit of it as much as I have enjoyed sharing it. Today I want to give a quick rundown of the week (for those who don’t follow me every day) and a little extra background (for those who tune in every day).
Monday
I kicked off the week by sharing a trio of cards my Mom made for future pilots and a future aviation mechanic. We had a lot to do during Mom’s visit (she was here for about a week-and-a-half). She was a machine with a lot of kit projects and Paper Pumpkins, and she kept asking about “the airplane paper.” We were able to play with these cards on her last night here. You might have guessed I helped with the designs, but she made all the decisions and did all the cutting and die-cutting.

Tuesday
The beautiful blues in Mom’s cards inspired me to make the Christmas beauty I shared on Tuesday. The gorgeous prints in the Mediterranean Blooms Designer Series Paper are designed to transport us to Greece with its beautiful blue and white tiles, but I saw snowflakes in this design:
The tags on my card are created with the Greetings of the Season Bundle, new in the Online Exclusives offering. If you’d like to read more about this card or the products used, click on the image above or click here.
Wednesday
I’m so lucky to have the support and friendship of my demonstrator uplines (Pam Morris is my upline, and Mary Fish is hers). On Wednesday, I shared a project Pam made during my InKing Royalty team call the night before. Pam “threw together” a gorgeous card with the Changing Leaves Bundle – and it’s everything you want in a card and everything you need in online card-making demonstration. Here’s a peek at her gorgeous card:

Thursday
On Thursday, I shared all my projects (so far) with the Mediterranean Blooms Designer Series Paper and six great color combinations inspired by this gorgeous paper. To see those projects and experience those color combinations for your self, click here.
Friday
I’ve been making an intentional effort over the past several month to drink more water and stay hydrated. I will not often guzzle a big glass of water, so I had to find a trick that works for me. Here’s what I do – I carry a big jug of water downstairs with me and a different mug each day. Fun mugs, simple mugs, oversized mugs – I always keep them guessing (whoever “them” is). I find it easier to take water in from a comfortable mug and find that I’m drinking more. I just keep pouring water into the mug from the jug that sits by my desk.
The mug on my desk this week when I needed to make a project inspired the card I made to share:
My card features leaves from the Hybrid Embossing Folder and coordinating dies in the Changing Leaves Bundle. To read this post or find out more about these projects, click on the image above or click here.
Saturday
It was a long week, and it took all the energy in me to muster up a project to share for Saturday. That “quick” project turned into a couple of hours of joy as I had loads of fun making this Christmas card:
The new Season of Green & Gold Specialty Designer Series Paper (four designs from the paper are shown in this card) is glorious and elegant. To see the colors and patterns in this paper or to read more about my card, click on the image above or click here.
Lots of exciting things planned for the coming week. I hope you’ll join me for all of the fun!
Thanks for stopping by today!
