We all love the pretty patterns and beautiful colors in Stampin’ Up!’s Designer Series Paper. While these papers often provide a nice accent on a card you’ve made, they can also serve as the inspiration for a project. I often use Designer Series Paper pages as the base panel on a card – the focal piece around which everything else is built. It’s no secret that I love these papers.
