With the recent launch of Stampin’ Up!’s Designer Series Paper Sale, I’m creating a bunch of projects that have been bouncing around in this little brain of mine – so happy to showcase these amazing papers. Here’s a simple beauty I made to showcase the Thoughtful Journey 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper:
The focal panel on my card is a 5″ x 3-3/4″ piece of Basic Black cardstock. I lined up the large die from the Grove Dies and ran it through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine to crop out this beautiful grove of trees. Love it! Here’s a look at the Grove Dies:
When the Grove Dies were introduced several years ago, we created beautiful water colored backdrops for the clearing of trees in the dies. This purple, blue and aqua page of the Thoughtful Journey 6″ x 6″ Designer Series paper gave me a backdrop that didn’t require me to pull out my watercolor brushes. So beautiful! The two-part sentiment on my card is pulled from the Happiest Day stamp set, new in Stampin’ Up!’s 2024 Annual Catalog. It’s such a sweet sentiment, and I love its simplicity against the beautiful backdrop. Here’s a look at the Happiest Day stamp set:

I added three clear Transparent Adhesive-Backed Dots to accent my sentiment and add a little shine to the card.
