Let’s Catch Up with Latte Love & Iconic Celebrations

I recognize that Autumn is not yet upon us – but that won’t stop me from playing with some of the fun, Fall-themed product that are currently available to me. Today’s card features pumpkins and coffee, two icons of my favorite time of year. What better way to suggest a meetup with an old friend than a request to catch up over coffee (or tea or pumpkin spice lattes)? Here’s my card:

While I do partake of the occasional pumpkin spice latte in the Fall, I wouldn’t classify myself as a fanatic. The warm colors and pumpkin strips on my card only enhance the mugs, though. Here’s a look at the Latte Love Bundle that I used to create the pair of mugs and to stamp the tiny, sweet sentiment:

The mugs and stamped with Cajun Craze, and I’ve filled them each with coffee (Pecan Pie is a perfect color for the coffee inside the cup!). Here’s a closer look:

The base of the focal panel on my card was the starting point for my card. The polka dotted page from the Iconic Celebrations 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper (the 8th page on the bottom row below) creates the 3-3/4″ x 5″ base. I cut three strips of pumpkins (the last page on the bottom row below) and glued them down across the polka dotted page. You know how much I love to play with Designer Series Paper designs, so I think you know how much fun I had with that. Don’t they look like they are a part of the paper’s original design?

I added three Copper Clay sparkle dots from the 2023-2025 In Color Opaque Sparkle Dots. I had several choices in Pecan Pie or white, but these tiny dots were perfect. The color of the sparkle dots, though not Cajun Craze or Pecan Pie, were somewhere between the two. Here’s a look at the 2023-2025 In Color Opaque Sparkle Dots:
