8 Get Well Cards to Lift Your Spirits

I received so many kind messages over the last week as I was recovering from my surgery in January – text messages, phone calls, Facebook comments, emails and comments here on my blog. Thank you to everyone who reached out and those who thought about me or prayed for me. I appreciate you all!

I almost forgot to mention I also received some beautiful cards from wonderful friends, customers and team members. I’m sharing eight Get Well Soon beauties with you today. They lifted my spirits, and I’m sure they will lift yours and give you inspiration for the projects you want to make. Not all of the products are current (or even Stampin’ Up!), but they are all wonderful! Here’s a look at eight sweet Get Well Soon cards I received over the past week:

from Ellen Longino

The blues and purples in this starburst page from the Full of Life 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper is a perfect foundation for a Get Well Soon card. How vibrant! How fun! I love these papers and love that they were the starting point for her sweet card.

by Ana Southern

When I joined as a demonstrator in 20212, Poppy Parade was on its way out (it was an In Color from 2010-2012). My upline, Pam, had always referred to it as her favorite, so there was extra joy in Atlanta when it returned to the core collection many years later. Ana doesn’t know this (unless she pays really close attention to my blog), but this paper (Peaceful Poppies) featured some of my all-time favorite designs.

by Teresa Smith

Teresa’s card features a stamp, dies and paper from the Unbounded Beauty Suite in the 2024 Annual Catalog. This card is one of the designs from a Super-Awesome kit from last year. I designed, cropped and packed the card so that Teresa could stamp and assemble it to send it back to me. ♥ It makes this card that much more special!

by Linda Callahan

While the adorable stamps on Linda’s sweet card are not from Stampin’ Up!, the Designer Series Paper panel is from the Bee Mine Designer Series Paper (that was recently released in different colors) and the colors (I’m guessing Real Red, Summer Splash and Daffodil Delight) are from Stampin’ Up!. I love this fun layout and the sweet sentiment.

by René Wilder

This gorgeous landscape from the Thoughtful Journey 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper could stand on its own with no layers or sentiment, but I love that René didn’t stop there. 🙂 I love the way she showcased the Sweetly Scripted sentiment at an angle to move with the landscape. So sweet!

by Robyn Prendergast

I SO love the plaid patterns in the Timeless Plaid 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper, and Robyn’s card is both handsome and beautiful at the same time. I love the layers behind the sweet sentiment and the beautiful texture from the Timber 3D Embossing Folder.

by Hilda Burton

Hilda knew I’d love the layers she built on the Get Well Soon card she sent me – and she was right. The “feel better soon” sentiment, though, really made me happy. The Wanted to Say Dies have been a favorite of mine since they were released a few years ago – and I still use them today. She paired this sentiment perfectly with the layers behind it and the colors in this patterned paper.

by Barbara Stitt

The bold sentiment at the heart of Barbara’s card is beautifully showcased on a page of the Delightful Florals Designer Series Paper (recently retired). I was definitely feeling better after opening this sweet card.

I loved receiving each and every one of these cards – and I’m sure there are others tied up in the Post Office somewhere. I hope these uplifting cards can inspire you, too.

Thanks for stopping by today!
