Be Inspired by Spring – A Sneak Peek at Gallery Blooms

It’s time for another Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop – what fun! The Be Inspired Design Team is a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from all over the world who are excited to share our themed projects with you. I’m so honored to be a part of this group of talented stampers!

For today’s Be Inspired Blog Hop, we are creating projects inspired by Spring! The weather has been INCREDIBLE in Atlanta this week, and I’ve even tried my luck with some gardening. I was happy to play with sweet flowers and soft colors to make a card to share with you today. I’m excited to share my project with you and hope you love the hop of the other projects, too!

So Glad We’re Friends

Soft pink and black might not be the perfect representation of Spring, but there’s no denying they are stunning together. I COULD have colored these gorgeous flowers from the Gallery Blooms Bundle (new in Stampin’ Up!’s 2025 Annual Catalog) with bright, bold colors, I couldn’t love them more in Petal Pink and a touch of Calypso Coral. Here’s my card:

While the flowers on the front of my card are new, the sentiment, papers and other elements on my card are currently available. Here’s a look at the Gallery Blooms Bundle (how gorgeous are these flowers?):

Gallery Blooms Bundle, Stampin' Up!, 165213I stamped the flowers with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White cardstock and colored the images with a mix of Calypso Coral and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends. The leaves are colored with Old Olive Stampin’ Blends. So sweet! Here’s a closer look:

The sentiment is pulled from the Mixed Media Labels stamp set and cropped with an oval die from the Framed Scenes Bundle (photos and links to these products are provided at the base of this post). The striped Petal Pink paper and black-and-white paper in the background are pulled from the Mixed Media Florals Designer Series Paper. Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in this incredible pack of papers:

Mixed Media Florals Designer Series Paper, Stampin' Up!, 164638There are MANY layers on my card – both panels of Designer Series Paper are framed with Basic Black cardstock and Basic White cardstock to best showcase the panels. I accented the sentiment with gold Low-Profile Dots for a little shine. I had planned to showcase the Petal Pink dots in the pack, but the gold dots really stood out and added the sparkle I wanted for my card.

I hope you’ll continue the Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop to see more projects by my talented friends – I know you’ll love them. The next stop is an enchanting project (I’ve seen it, and you’re going to love it!) by Emma Goddard. Click on the banner below to continue through the hop:

I hope you’ll hop through the rest of the projects in this lineup. In case you get off-track at any point during the hop, here’s a listing of all the participants in this hop:
