TWO Projects with THREE New Bundles – Celebrating Today’s Online Exclusives Launch

Today is a really exciting day! Stampin’ Up! has released a wide variety of amazing products in the Online Exclusives (including three new suite collections) and the Kits Collections (including two new kits). To celebrate these new products, I’m sharing TWO projects that feature THREE of the new bundles. If you want to jump right in and see all of the new products, click on the image below:

Tomorrow I’ll share a closer look at the four new Designer Series Papers and the two new kits, but you can take a pass at those by clicking on the image above.

Two Very Different Cards

I’ve made two cards with a singular element from a newly released bundle. I accented the element with other bundles to show very different projects – one Halloween and one Fall/Thanksgiving.

Halloween

From the first moment I saw the Fright Night Bundle, new in today’s Online Exclusives launch, I was IN LOVE with this large, gorgeous label stamp and coordinating dies. It’s SO perfect for fun Halloween projects, but it’s also perfect for gorgeous, sophisticated projects. SO…I decided to create two cards to show you its versatility. Before I share my card, here’s a look at the Fright Night Bundle:

Fright Night Bundle, Stampin' Up!, 166107Here’s the Halloween card I made with this large label:

Fright Night Bundle, Spooky Halloween Bundle, Stampin' Up!, Brian King

I stamped the image in Gorgeous Grape and cropped it with the coordinating label (the smaller label die). I love the “EEK!” and “BOO!” die sentiments in the set, too, so I cropped “EEK!” in Basic White to add to my project. I love to create a fun Halloween scene!

Fright Night Bundle, Spooky Halloween Bundle, Stampin' Up!, Brian King

The spooky house and bats are cropped with the Spooky Halloween Dies. I love the cutout doors and windows in the haunted house, but I added Basic Gray scraps behind the house so all of the elements wouldn’t peek through. Here’s a look at this new bundle:

Spooky Halloween Bundle, Stampin' Up! 166199I added a 2″ Darling Duckling circle moon behind the house and cropped the bats with the Spooky Halloween Dies. I added three Timid Tiger Flat Pearls to accent the Timid Tiger card base.

Thanksgiving

The label image in the Fright Night Bundle can be fun or very elegant. Here’s a card I made with a Thanksgiving theme to showcase how beautiful it can be:

Fright Night Bundle, Label Me Grateful Bundle, Stampin' Up!, Brian KingThe label provides a lovely backdrop, doesn’t it?! I accented the label with a collection of leaves and flowers from the Label Me Grateful Bundle, also new in the Online Exclusives that launch today. Here’s a look at this new bundle:

Label Me Grateful Bundle, Stampin' Up! 166112The label die in this bundle is what initially made me happy, but I really, really love the sentiments and had loads of fun with the leaves and flowers in the set. Like the haunted house, I placed a small piece of cardstock behind the flowers to hid all the behind-the-scenes elements. Here’s a closer look at the collection of leaves and flowers on the card:

Fright Night Bundle, Label Me Grateful Bundle, Stampin' Up!, Brian KingSuch a beautiful set of dies! I used Old Olive, Crumb Cake, Calypso Coral and Darling Duckling to build my arrangement. I added a simple sentiment from Simply Said and accented my arrangement with Darling Duckling Flat Pearls for a little shine.

Both Cards

Both cards feature the label from Fright Night – that’s plainly stated – but there are some other elements these cards have in common:

  • Neutrals 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. Both of these project feature a layer of the splotchy pattern in the Neutrals 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper – the first is Basic Gray, and the second is Crumb Cake. I love the flowers and leaves in the pages of these papers, but this pattern is my favorite.
  • 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls. Each card features a 2025-2027 In Color (the first features Timid Tiger, and the second features Darling Duckling). The flat pearls gave a wonderful accent for my projects.
  • The layout. The layout of both cards is the same. While I changed the direction of the card (one is landscape and one is portrait), each features a 3-1/4″ x 4-1/2″ panel at the core and the label at the center of that panel.
