I asked, and you delivered. I was so happy with the response to my Holiday One-for-One Swap. The cards poured in all through November, and they were all mailed out on Monday. Luckily, I was able to snap photos of each of the cards before sending them back out.
I was going to wait until December 1 to start sharing all the swaps, but it sounds like y’all have already started to receive your cards. After a little back-and-forth with myself, I decided to start premiering them today. In a series of 5 posts over the next week, I will share your cards with everyone. Please look them over, admire their beauty and then let the creators know how beautiful their cards are (I already know you’ll be kind with your comments, but I am going to request it, anyway).
WIthout any further ado, here is the first batch of your beautiful cards:
Thank you for stopping by my blog today! Let these fine artists know how much you like their creations by leaving your comments.
Brian
They are all fab! Want a talented bunch. Makes me want to start on my one right now rather than sewing boring calendars at work 🙁 Roll on weekend!!
‘what’ a talented bunch…. 🙂
We’re off to a great start! So fun to see other artwork, it’s amazing how many different greeting cards can be made with crafty hands! Everyone have a wonderful weekend..December starts Tomorrow!
WOW! What great cards. And what a turnout…cards from coast to coast and in between! Brian, it must have been so hard to part with them 🙂 The one I received is right at the top…thanks Elizabeth for your lovely creation. Happy weekend, happy stampin’ to all!
Oh wow!! Brian, this are beautiful. I see 3 of the ones I received yesterday and they are already on display in my living room.
Thank you Diana D’Arminio for your beautiful cards. I’m waiting for the bird punch and I think I’m getting that embossing folder on my next SU order, the colors of the other one fit together so perfectly and the tiny bird in the center of that beautiful wreath really makes a statement.
Thank you Suzanne Mize for your beautiful card. Before getting your card I never gave that stamp set a second look but this card certainly made me grab my catalog and look for it. How fabulous the way you used SU markers to color the stamp.
We need also to thank Brian for organizing this swaps and working so hard to make sure we get our cards fast. He is just amazingly kind and generous.
WOWSERS……they are great! One day I will participate!!! Have a great weekend.
Ladies, you receive a standing ovation from me! Christmas in November….WOW
Each one of these is a beauty…I just love seeing how other stampers bring their cards and creative ideas together . I received my cards yesterday and each one (yes I said each) is so pretty and I already have them on display. I sent in 5 cards and received 5 special stars back (thank you ,Brian) …I decided to pick them at randem so as not to appear picking faves !!!
So the first I picked with my eyes closed is Samantha`s…this card is the true example of a classic..I really like this card for it`s traditional beauty …thank you ,Samantha for this gift of yours….
I will be back …with my next card maker reveal…this is such fun!! ….Brian, you need to do this monthly ….just think how people would scramble to “The Kingdom” (even more than the hundreds that do now)…just saying….. (please insert an o into randem above)
All of these cards are just beautiful! Thank you, Brian, for hosting this swap AND for sharing them with all of us that didn’t participate.
Don’t despair, I’m sure our gratious host will organize another one, maybe for Valentine’s Day. Be on the look out, this is so much fun because everybody takes special care in making this cards so you are able to see different styles and techniques and learn a lot.

Johanna… what an artist you are …the time you put into this card makes me treasure it. all the tiny stitches are so perfect …problem is when Brian shows this card there`s no way you can capture all of the detail of the handwork. Thank you for such a beautiful work of art !!!
