Today’s project is a quick and simple card with quite an impact. With just a little bit of shiny and a whole lot of white, I was very happy with how this card turned out. I really wish you could see this card in person. 🙂 Here’s my card:
- Wonderland. While there are some gorgeous sentiments in the Wonderland stamp set, the true value of this set is met with this stunning trio of trees. I mean, really. Could they be any more gorgeous? Even without snow on top (I only stamped them in Garden Green), these trees scream “cool winter night” to me. A quiet, untouched forest on a snowy night – the epitome of peacefulness on a silent night.
- Peace on Earth. During my tour of my favorite items from this year’s Holiday Catalog, I shared that the Holly Jolly Bundle is my favorite item in this catalog. I mean it – this set and coordinating Framelits move perfectly between cute and elegant. Just look at how gorgeous the word “peace” is when cropped with the gold-and-white foil piece from the Winter Wonderland Specialty Designer Series Paper- and the “on Earth” in Garden Green just pulls it all together.
- Rich Color Combination. I first fell in love with the combination of Garden Green and Gold when Stampin’ Up! introduced me to the combination in a Specialty Designer Series Paper from last year’s Annual Catalog. I just don’t think it gets more perfect than this.
Stamp Sets: Wonderland, Holly Jolly Greetings Papers: Garden Green, Whisper White, Gold Foil Sheets, Winter Wonderland Specialty Designer Series Paper Inks: Garden Green Accessories: Christmas Greetings Thinlits Dies, Stampin’ Dimensionals
Thanks for stopping by today!

So Sorry . . . links are not working.
Yes sorry Nancy all my fault!!! They will be live tomorrow – I’m really bad at international times and fairs and gave Brian the wrong time!! But all will be up and running tomorrow. I owe Brian massive appologies for this one. I don’t know if he is going to talk to me ever again!
A-O.K. Looking forward to them all!!!
🙂
OMG!!!! Bahahahahahahahaha! This is too funny. xo

Reminds me of the northern woods of WI. Love “peace” cropped from the patterned paper.
Your card is peaceful! Kylie owes you some Tim Tams.
Hahahaha for life Wanda – everlasting Tim Tam supply for Brian…
I really like how you did the word ‘peace’ from the designer paper So clever.
A favorite, the white space makes the trees pop, the designer PEACE is a bonus.
HI Brian – I absolutely love this card. The card depicts what I see when I look out the windows of my cabin. It’s a scene I never get tired of, especially in winter when the trees are shrouded in snow. Now I’ve got to add this set to my “must have” list. Thanks for featuring it.
Outstanding card I will CASE!!!! Thanks B!!!
Wow, you never cease to amaze me with your talent, Brian. I almost have a whole pin board with the amount of stuff I pin from you…LOL!
Hugs,
Sunshine
Oooh and aaahh that is beautiful.
This is the prettiest card I’ve seen made with this set so far, and I’ve seen a lot of beautiful cards.
Pretty! I loved these trees the minute I saw them ! I also like that you used Garden Green . It is beautiful with gold ….just as you said !
I find the antlers a fun touch …..really tempted to try those on that adorable bear from Into The Woods ! Other than that all this scene needs is Big Foot !
Great card Brian, the cherry on top for me is your use of DSP rather than cardstock for peace. Genius
Just Stunning.
Nice card Brian..I like Garden Green and with the gold, beautiful!
Maine for sure! A beauty, Brian, colors are excellent! A beauty for sure!!
