I’ve been thinking about today’s card for quite some time, and I’m glad I could finally pull it together and share it with you. The card features a sweet sentiment from Perfectly Framed and a pattern I created from the Well Dressed stamp set. Here’s my card:
- Well Dressed. The Well Dressed stamp set, one of the Sale-a-Bration items you can choose with a $50 purchase between through March 31, features some stylish, manly images – necktie, top hat, dress shoe and more. There are eight images in all, and I love every one of them. They are perfect for the man in your life – think about how perfect these images will be on a birthday, Father’s Day or a congratulatory card. I used the pattern featured in the center of the set to create the pattern on my card. Here’s a look at Well Dressed:
And here’s a closer look at the pattern I created on my card:
- Perfectly Framed. Although I cropped my sentiment with a 2″ Circle punch, the Perfectly Framed stamp set is designed to coordinate with a favorite set of dies from Stampin’ Up!’s 2019 Holiday Catalog. Who doesn’t love that coordination?! Here’s a look at the Perfectly Framed stamp set:
And here’s a look at the Ornate Frames Dies (that were part of the Spooktacular Bash Bundle in the Halloween section of the book). So happy these dies are still available! Here’s a look:

Thank you so much, Teresa! I am happy to share them every once in a while – I’m sharing them on the projects with the simplest layouts that I think are so easily replicated. Glad you like them! ♥
I love it when you showcase cards for the male half of the population. I often have to really concentrate to put together a masculine based card. I really enjoy seeing the backgrounds you make on your own. They are always not only amazing but perfect. Thanks for sharing Brian.
Thank you so much, Grace! You give me more credit than I deserve. ♥ I love making backgrounds, too, so I’m always happy when they are well-received.
Love how you utilized the stamp to create the background!
Thanks, Lisa! I’ve wanted to use that pattern since the set was first released. Happy I had the chance to do it here. ♥
