Ornate Style & Ornate Thanks for FabFri189

When Stampin’ Up! shared the Ornate Garden Suite Early Release on April 1 (available to demonstrators and customers!), we all jumped online to purchase the amazing stamps, dies and accessories in this incredible, new suite. It’s the dies that make this suite a must-have (in my humble opinion). We were so excited about the new products that we sent the dies into a backorder status. Good news! They’re back! Here’s my card that features elements from both of the featured bundles in the suite:

Tips, Tricks and Reminders

  • Two Ornate Bundles. My card features  elements from the two bundles featured in the Ornate Garden Suite – the stamp set and dies from the Ornate Style Bundle and the stamp set from the Ornate Thanks Bundle. Here’s a look at the beautiful images and over-the-top-amazing dies in the Ornate Style Bundle:Ornate Style Bundle, Stampin Up! 154119And here are the incredible builder sentiments and must-have layering dies from the Ornate Thanks Bundle: Ornate Thanks Bundle, Stampin Up! 154115While you are starting to see items from the new catalog that are only available to demonstrators right now, these products are currently available to everyone. • Decorations. While the collection of flowers and bold, diecut backdrop are the stars of this show, the supporting roles are played by the “decorations” on the card. This simple panel of Terracotta Tile paper gives a beautiful backdrop for the card. The Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper is filled to the brim with garden-centric colors. • Color Combination. I used a lot of Stampin’ Blends to color the collection of flowers on this card – Old Olive, Calypso Coral, Cajun Craze, So Saffron and Petal Pink. What a gorgeous collection of colors! Here’s a closer look:Ornate Garden, Ornate Thanks, Stampin Up!, Brian KingThree of these colors gave this card the warmth I wanted, pulling all of these colors together – the So Saffron, Soft Suede and Terracotta Tile look amazing together. Love that! If you love this color combination, too, please save this for future reference: Stampin Up! Color Inspiration - So Saffron, Soft Suede, Terracotta Tile

  1. I like the Ornate Thanks Bundle . The border dies are so pretty and just look at all the stamps in that set that can be used !
    Happy Friday !

Love the colors you chose, Brian! That really is QUITE the lovely bundle!

  3. Love it Brian. So glad the dies are back in stock. Did you fussy cut the flower panel or use scan n cut? I tried scan no cut on those flowers but it kept trying to cut out things in the center, not just the outline.

  4. The gems add just the right touch. Have a nice weekend Brian!
