I love to share Stampin’ Up!’s products with my blog readers, team members and customers. While we still have so many amazing, new products to explore from Stampin’ Up!’s 2021 Annual Catalog (and we have a lot of new products on the way with Stampin’ Up!’s July-December Mini Catalog and August-September Sale-a-Bration brochure), I am taking a quick break to look back at some treasured retired products. Today, I’m happy to share a super-fun Blog Candy Giveaway today with one lucky blog reader.
Blog Candy Giveaway
Blog Candy Giveaways are usually reserved for when I make a big mistake and order multiples of a product. When I do, my team members, customers or blog readers sometimes help me re-home the goodies.
For the past week, I’ve been promoting my Retired Products Shop, which is another way to help me send my lightly used, but heavily loved, goodies to a new home. Despite selling so much over the weekend, there are still so many products left in the store (and I really want to unload these before they burden the foundation of my home), so I thought I’d give you a chance to win a $50 shopping spree in my store. I’m giving away a $50 shopping spree in my Retired Shop.
I will choose one winner from the comments left on today’s post to win this shopping spree. The winner will be announced Thursday evening – that gives you TWO days to enter to win.
If you would like to look around my Retired Shop to start making your wish list, CLICK HERE.

What Stampin’ Up! Color CAN NEVER retire?
I have so many favorites that it would be impossible to pick ONE, but I will. While I don’t use it all the time, I don’t know how I’d survive without Night of Navy. It’s such an elegant color that’s a perfect standby for black and pairs with everything.
I can only send product to residents of the United States, and I can only pick one winner. I can’t wait to see your responses! I’ll randomly choose a winner Thursday evening and post the winner here.
While I Have Your Attention…
While you are still here, I would like to draw your attention to some big things happening this week:

I will open my Product Shares and Designer Series Paper Swatch Books from Stampin’ Up!’s July-December Mini Catalog on Friday. I absolutely love night of navy! I love anything that’s a shade of blue, and like to make cards with multiple shades of blues. Anything with blue catches my eye. If I win a chance to shop in your retired stash, ou can bell it will be for something blue!
It is tough to pick just one, but I would have to go with Pool Party.
Pear Pizazz is one that I will always use.
Crumb cake….love the name!
Night of Navy gets my vote, too. Its inky depths (no pun intended) span the gamut of all occasions. Two pads and several bottles of re-inkers on hand in my craft stash!
I have to agree with you on the Night of Navy as being a great go to color. Always sad to see many of the colors retire.
Pear Pizazz. Pool Party. Cherry Cobbler. Crumb Cake. Night of Navy. How to choose just one??? (Isn’t it interesting, though, that the ones we rely on are the “old standbys?”)
I find myself reaching for Pool Party to go with almost any color combination. Would be lost without it.
Real red – Christmas Valentine’ Day 4th of July it is a must!
Never retire Old Olive. It’s the green machine and pairs with any color.
Thanks Brian for all your inspiration
Real Red, Night of Navy, and Daffodil Delight
I share your love of Night of Navy. I think one standby that I can’t imagine doing without is Old Olive. Another classic tone that can be used as a neutral or take center stage, it’s a color that feels like home.
Pool Party is my go to color for so many combinations.
They can never retire FLIRTY FLAMINGO!! It’s my favorite color because it is bright and happy and has a great yellow base. It brightens upo every card and it brightens my every day! Thanks for your blog, Brian, and this generous offer.
Pool Party is my favorite, I hope it never retires!
This is a tough one………..maybe Garden Green. I know it isn’t a very exciting color but it is a true green that is always needed……for florals & holidays. Thanks for an interesting blog candy giveaway!
Cherry cobbler is the perfect hue of rich, red. It pairs so well with so many other colors and is a great accent.
Old olive never goes out of style it is just right for lots of projects it’s great
Cherry Cobbler, Real Red, Night of Navy, Crumb Cake, Cajun Craze
I agree the old stand byes….old olive, espresso, Cheery cobbler, calypso coral, bubble bee….. thanks, Brian.. enjoy your sense of humor.
Old Olive can NEVER retire!
My favorite is Old Olive and I love the new Bumblebee and flirty flamingo. It’s so hard to pick the colors are all beautiful. I will check out your retired list, I bought the baby elephant set last year and use it a lot.
Old Olive is my go to green. I have other favorites but this is the color I reach for the most.
The color I want to never retire is Cherry Cobbler. It is the perfect Christmas red and just a all round red
Calypso coral… my absolute fav!
Calypso Coral is my all-time fav!
Great giveaway. Favorite Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive.
Thanks for the chance to shop and load up our homes with more stamp sets.
BlackBerry Bliss! They retired it a few years ago and I stocked up! I mean 15 packs of CS and lots of ink, BUT thank goodness it was only gone 1-year. It is so beautiful with so many colors. Thanks for a chance for free goodies!
I would never want Blackberry Bliss to retire. It I had such a depth of color. It looks beautiful with so many colors and is so pretty to watercolor with!
Real Red has been around a long time, and is classic.
Olive Olive and Cherry Cobbler would be my most go-to colors. Thanks for a chance to win this awesome “candy”.
Olive Green and many other colors!
That is a tough one. I could list a reason to keep every color i think. But..i really like melon mambo as the perfect darker pink..not too bright nor not to dark. Have to mention crumb cake as perfect neutral and makes a great base card when you want to use something besides white.
Real Red and Old Olive.
That’s a tough question! I can’t pick just one…I think Early Espresso, Calypso Coral, and Old Olive.
I love most any shade of Stamp’in Up! greens, but I do tend to grab Granny Apple Green the most often lately.
Thanks for the thought provoking question Brian, and your wonderful inspirational blog!
Cherry cobbler Ted is my favorite accent. I love the rich color.
Old Olive- may it live long and prosper!
I’d be sooo disappointed if Night of Navy would retire. It’s a must have for sure!!
Real Red – no question! It’s my favorite red ever
It has GOT to be Real Red that should NEVER, EVER be retired. It’s one color you can use for EVERY Holiday and EVERY occasion.
Hey Brian, You have asked a tough questions. My go to green is Old Olive, but Granny Apple Green is also a new fav. then what about Real Red and Night of Navy? I’ll stick with Old Olive!
Losing Night of Navy would give me nightmares! (Though, losing Old Olive would be bad too!)
I will be heartbroken should SU ever decide to retire Rococo Rose one of my all time favs.
Old Olive. Hands down. Blackberry Bliss and Bermuda Bay are favorites, too!
Hi, Brian: thanks for the chance to win – but especially, thanks for all the wonderful inspiration you provide! I don’t think I could live without Old Olive. Although there are many fabulous new greens nowadays, Old Olive is a comfortable and favorite go-to that always ‘goes with everything’. 🙂
I agree that Night of Navy can NEVER retire.
I think Real Red is a never retire color,, too much in demand for Christmas!
Love your blog posting everyday, always upbeat and cheery.
Well, I would have said Soft Sky, but oops! too late! So I will say Cherry Cobbler is the loveliest deep red I’ve ever seen. It’s so much richer than Real Red that, if I had to chose one over the other, Cobbler would win my vote.
Hey Brian, thanks for all the updates!
I LOVE Real Red! It’s the best Real Red, I’ve tried from many brands!
Petal Pink can’t retire!
Real Red is my pick. Can’t disagree with Night of Navy either.
