The Fungeon has been overtaken by Texture Chic over the past couple of weeks. The Super-Awesome Fun Time Card Kits (featuring the Texture Chic Memories & More Cards) were delivered to the post office on Monday morning, the same day I hosted a blog candy giveaway with select products from the collection. Today, I’m excited to share a sweet tag I made to accompany the kits I mailed out – you can already guess the tag coordinates with the collection, right? Of course! Here’s a look at the tag I created to accompany the kits:
The tag is cut from the Silver & Gold 6″ x 6″ Specialty Designer Series Paper, a Sale-a-Bration option for free with a $50 order through the end of the month (or while supplies last). I cropped the tag with a double-fold tag die from the Celebrations Tags Dies, part of the Celebrate with Tags Bundle in Stampin’ Up!’s July-December 2022 Mini Catalog (I cut the tags in half to more quickly crank out these tags. Here’s a look at the Celebrate Tags Bundle, which includes the Celebrate with Tags stamp set and coordinating Celebrations Tags Dies:
The Silver & Gold 6″ x 6″ Specialty Designer Series Paper might not seem like an exciting Sale-a-Bration selection, but it’s really wonderful! There are two striped patterns and two dots patterns in a mix of gold and silver – in all, the pack includes 24 sheets of this sweet paper. I used the gold stripes patterns on these tags. Here’s a look at this pack of papers:
I accented the gold foil stripes in these tags with a thin strip of Distressed Gold Specialty Paper and a thicker strip of pink paper with gold dots from the Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper. I even added hold punch reinforcements with the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper (cropped with the Tailor Made Tags Dies). All of these papers work so well together to build a special band of strips. The pattern I chose features a Blushing Bride and Petal Pink watercolored backdrop and distressed gold dots. I added a sentiment from the Cup of Tea stamp set and signed each of the tags.
When I make multiples of some things, I like to line them all up on my craft desk and take an “infinity shot” of the projects. Here’s a look at some of the tags I created:
