Ready to Ride … Across the Miles

I don’t ride motorcycles (I barely drive my car anymore), but I once owned a highlighter yellow scooter. Still, I’m drawn to the colors and patterns in the Ready to Ride Specialty Designer Series Paper. I love the shiny designs and retro graphics in this pack of papers – such fun! I couldn’t resist making this card with some of the pages from this paper:

There’s a fun mix of elegant, retro and masculine patterns in the Ready to Ride Specialty Designer Series Paper. Here’s a look at these pages:

There are eleven unique panels on this 12″ x 12″ page, which makes this page so fun. Here’s a closer look (you can click on the image below to flip through all of the pages in my online store):

The first sentiment I landed on was “SMILES ACROSS THE MILES” from the Sending Smiles stamp set. A lot of cyclists go on long trips across many miles. I feel certain this card would be a perfect way to say “I miss you while you are away.” Here’s a look at the bundle I pulled this sentiment from:

Such a great card, Brian. Our son is a motorcycle guy so I should really consider this set. I also appreciated you including the DSP selection from the catalog! Thank you! Have a great day!

  3. Great card Brian. I ordered the DSP also as my husband once road and raced motorcycles (many moons ago) and he’s a super mechanic. Thanks for sharing your card. I fussy cut two of the motorcycles last night and was surprised how well they came out!

  4. I’m always impressed by how you can pull items from several different sets to make a card. Very clever. Cute card, too. Enjoy your day!

  5. Very cool card! I had not noticed all the images in that DSP since not bought it yet. Thanks for the inspiration!
