Hello with Stampin’ Up!’s Irresistible Blooms Bundle

Yesterday I shared some of the new products that Stampin’ Up! will release online to customers on March 1 – I shared these products because you can order them today when you add them to a Starter Kit in February. If you missed that post (or want to revisit it because you were so enamored with this suite), you can click here. As I promised, today I’m sharing a project I’ve made with the new products. Here’s my card:

Gorgeous paper, gorgeous dies, gorgeous sentiments – it’s impossible to NOT make something beautiful with these new products! I will admit – I was initially concerned that the delicate cutout above wouldn’t work really well (would the dots get stuck in the die and tear when I tried to get them out?). My worrying was for naught because the cutout popped out easily. Yay! I randomly added a handful of pearls to the dots in the design – such a lovely addition!

Here’s a look at the amazing, new bundle (that will be available online on March 1 or can be ordered today as a part of a Starter Kit when you sign up to join my team):

The circular die cuts into the paper, leaving the circle and all the thin bands around its edges. The linear image cuts right out and can be a great element on any card.

Here’s a look at the colors and some of the patterns (the available graphic shows 6 of the double-sided pages) in the Hello, Irresistible 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper that’s a part of this new collection:

The Pretty Peacock, watercolored image behind the cropped circle is the fourth page on the top row above. The leaves are cropped from the fifth page on the bottom row above. The flower is cropped from a page not shown above (it’s very similar to the third page on the bottom row above but with differently colored flowers). I simply cropped the flower and leaves with the Irresistible Blooms Dies and positioned them on the edge of the cropped circle. How beautiful is this flower?

I added a coordinating panel from the Hello, Irresistible 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper to the flap of the envelope so this card will travel in style!

I love the colors in this pack of papers – the Daffodil Delight flower is bright, a bold accent against the cold panel of Smoky Slate and warm panels of Pretty Peacock. If you like this mix of colors as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:
