LOVE YOU with Masterfully Made

When I first got my hands on Stampin’ Up!’s 2023 Annual Catalog, I immediately judged the Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper as too busy. With so many torn textures and colors in the prints, a part of me thought it would be difficult to work with these pages – another part of me wanted an exciting challenge. Once I received the papers, though, I realized how ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS they are (as a collection they are very busy, but each page has a special beauty of its own. Here’s a sweet card I made with the image of paper flowers from the Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper:

How beautiful are these flowers?! While there’s no dimension to them (they are just printed on the paper), the card looks like a shadowbox of flowers. Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in the Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper:

I framed the flowers with Pretty Peacock cardstock and the Radiating Stitches Dies. I love the detail in these dies. Here’s a look at these Online Exclusives:

I nested the second die above inside the first die above and ran them through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine to create the frame around my flowers. Here’s a closer look at the stitched detail (and a closer look at this paper):

I love the colors in this floral print and pulled them to the card base and frame – all three are former In Colors who’ve returned to our core colors this year. If you like this mix of Lemon Lime Twist, Berry Burst and Pretty Peacock as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:
