When Stampin’ Up! launched new products in the Online Exclusives earlier this month, the Holiday products were heavily spotlighted – who doesn’t start thinking about their Christmas cards in July?! There’s a bundle, though, that also deserves our attention. The Timeless Charm Bundle features cute flowers, sweet sentiments and fun watercolor splotches. I made this card with the Timeless Charm Bundle:

I really had fun with this card! I cropped the flower three times with Shaded Spruce and then once each with Pool Party, Lemon Lime Twist and Calypso Coral. I snipped the flowers off the three colors and glued them to the flowers on the Shaded Spruce pieces. So easy! Here’s a closer look:
With the watercolor splotch stamp, I stamped one of each of the three colors on the 5″ x 3-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock and then positioned the coordinating flowers over each of the splotches. What an easy, fun way to showcase these flowers and colors! And what a beautiful combination!
While Shaded Spruce plays a very important part in this card (it’s on the base, in the leaves and in the ink used to stamp the sentiment), it’s the mix of the other three colors I love the most. For starters, I loooove the combination of Pool Party and Lemon Lime Twist. I also looooove the combination of Calypso Coral and Pool Party. The mix of all three makes me very happy! If you like this mix of Pool Party, Lemon Lime Twist and Calypso Coral as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:

I really like your color palette for today’s card. Pool Party is definitely one of my favorites as well as Shaded Spruce. Any shade of pink used to be my preference, but Calypso Coral has won me over. You’ve used just the right amount of Lemon Lime Twist to give a “pop” to the card.
And I love the faint “watercolor blotches” and the sentiment stamped on Pool Party doesn’t pull the eye away from the flowers. Very well done!
