FREE SHIPPING & Paper Pumpkin Alternative – Filled with Joy

Before I share a fun alternative project with this month’s Paper Pumpkin Kit, I have important news. Stampin’ Up!’s launched a FREE SHIPPING promotion this morning – and it only lasts for three days. Between today and Wednesday, Stampin’ Up! is offering FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75. With the huge Last Chance Sale going on, the introduction of new Designer Series Papers and a boatload of bundles, papers and accessories to stock up on, I’d be more than happy to help you create a big wish list for this promotion.

Here are three ways to stock up and take advantage of this FREE SHIPPING promotion:

  • Peruse the Annual Catalog, Holiday Mini Catalog and Online Exclusives offerings to find products you want (bundles, Designer Series Papers and accessories) and products you’ll definitely soon need (cardstocks, ink pads, markers and adhesives). Stock up now to save on the shipping costs.
  • Check in on the Last Chance items (including retiring products from the Holiday Mini Catalog, Online Exclusives and Clearance Rack items). There are lots of discounts in the Last Chance section, but the savings are even greater when you add in free shipping on orders over $75.
  • Renew your Prepaid Paper Pumpkin subscription. When you buy the prepaid option, you earn host rewards (for orders over $150) and don’t pay standard shipping costs (for orders over $75 during the free shipping promotion).

I hosted my monthly Zoom call with my Paper Pumpkin customers last week. During our Pumpkin in the Fungeon call, I share some fun ideas with the items included in the monthly kit, and my customers share their brilliant ideas. I’m always impressed by what others are making and love to spend that time with my customers who participate. Sometimes we rush through our projects and then just chat for the rest of the time. This time I also shared some of the products I picked up in my demonstrator pre-order from the upcoming Mini Catalog and Sale-a-Bration brochure. Always such fun!

Pumpkin in the Fungeon, Brian KingNovember’s Filled with Joy kit offers a collection of Christmas stockings and adorable, retro-styled tags. The designs are perfect for Christmas, and the stamps can be used for any of your projects this Holiday season. Today I’m sharing a tag I made with November’s kit by adding in a few other products from my stash. I was happy to share this tag during our Pumpkin in the Fungeon call – and I’m happy to share it with you today.

More About The Kit

Here’s a look at the finished projects (as designed) from November’s Filled with Joy Paper Pumpkin Kit:

The designed projects are really fun – a great way to delivers small sweets to the mail carrier or librarian or bank teller during the holidays. The ornaments are so sweet – and I love the sentiments and retro-style images in the stamp set. Here’s a look at the stamp set that accompanied this month’s Paper Pumpkin kit:

Alternative Project

While I adore the tags in the kit (as designed), I wanted to make an over-the-top tag with the elements of the kit and a couple of other products I had sitting around. Here’s a look at the tag I made:

November 2024 Paper Pumpkin Alternatives, Stampin Up!, Brian KingThe base of my tag is built with two of the Pool Party tags included in the Filled with Joy Paper Pumpkin kit (they overlap a little at the center of the tag. On top of that, I built an accordion pinwheel with the dies in the Round We Go Bundle from the Annual Catalog. Here’s a look at this really fun bundle:

I layered together three cuts from the pinwheel die and the plaid page from the Snowy Scenes Designer Series Paper to build the pinwheel on my card. Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in this fun pack of papers:

I stamped the sentiment with Calypso Coral on Petal Pink cardstock to pop in a sentiment along the side of the tag. Such fun! I’d be happy to add this tag to any gift this season.
