Congrats with the Around it All Bundle

I posted my Product Shares from Stampin’ Up!’s upcoming Spring Mini Catalog – if you missed that post and want to learn more (and/or want to sign up), CLICK HERE. I’m so excited about the new offerings in the Mini Catalog – and my shares include items from the other product launches on that same day.

January 7 is a HUGE day – not only does the Spring Mini Catalog launch, but new Online Exclusives, a Scrapbooking Brochure and Sale-a-Bration are also live. Today I’m sharing a card I made with one of the exciting, new offerings from the Online Exclusives that launch that day. Here’s the card I’ve made to showcase the Around it All Bundle:

Around it All Bundle, Stampin' Up!, Brian King, congrats card

The Around it All features great celebratory sentiments and images and a fun collection of wonky (that’s the best way I can describe them) circles that are sure to become a staple in your craft room. Here’s a look at the Around it All Bundle:

Around it All Bundle, Stampin' Up! 164726I was sold on the sentiments – they celebrate babies, graduates and engagements. I knew I needed the bundle – and that was before I saw the incredible dies. The coordinating set of [wonky] circle dies includes 12 circles – in a huge variety of sizes. The largest circle is 5-1/2″ x 5-1/4″. Here’s a look at these circles:

Around it All Dies, Stampin' Up! 164725I stamped the negative image sentiment with Versamark on Basic Black cardstock and heat-embossed it with Wow! White Embossing Powder before cropping the sentiment with one of the coordinating circles. Love it! Here’s a closer look:

You may have noticed my celebratory card features more than black and white. Did you? On the Basic Black card base, I layered strips of striped and spotted patterns from the Brights 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. I layered them over each other, trimmed them evenly across the top and then cut the bottoms at an angle for a fun look. The colors I used are:

  • Poppy Parade
  • Pumpkin Pie
  • Daffodil Delight
  • Granny Apple Green
  • Coastal Cabana
  • Azure Afternoon
  • Berry Burst

The only Brights colors omitted from my design are three of my favorites: Melon Mambo, Lemon Lime Twist and Flirty Flamingo. Here’s a closer look at the bright colors that made the cut on my card:

I added three white sequins from the Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins.

Brian
