Today is Sunday – and that means it’s time to take a look back at the past week in my Week in Review post. In today’s post, I want to share a quick rundown of the week (for those who don’t follow me every day) and a little extra background (for those who already tune in daily). First, here’s a little behind-the-scenes of my week…
I am a scheduler. Last weekend was set aside as my time to prepare, pack and ship product shares, and this weekend was set aside as my time to prepare, pack and ship Super-Awesome Fun Time Card Kits. Perfectly planned and foolproof. Except….it took UPS an entire week to deliver my 2-day ship boxes. As such, I’ve been working double-time this weekend (and still loving every minute of it).
Bonus! All the “down time” that I was supposed to be packing shares last weekend gave me time to design fun projects to share with you this past week. I was happy to share them with you this week and again today. 🙂
Monday
I had been itching to play with the Everyday Arches Bundle, part of January’s Online Exclusives launch. I’m intrigued by so many things about this bundle and the products that coordinate. If you didn’t follow me this week, here’s a hint: you’re going to see a lot of this bundle in the week’s wrap-up.
Here’s the card I made to share with you on Monday:
Do you love that color combination of Azure Afternoon, Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight?! If you’d like to read more about this card and see the products I used to create it, CLICK HERE.
Tuesday
I was still playing with the Everyday Arches Bundle for the Valentine’s Day card I shared with you on Tuesday. Here’s that sweet card:
While trying to find fun ways to showcase the arches, a “U” was an easy find. I built the “I” with the same dies and the hearts with the Hearts of Elegance Dies. So simple! If you want to read more about this project, CLICK HERE.
Wednesday
Wednesday greeted you with more Everyday Arches Dies! In this post, I share tips for showcasing the Everyday Arches Dies and samples of each of the ideas:
- Just showcase the dies.
- Imbed the dies to create arches.
- Cut away at the imbedded dies.
- Showcase a sentiment inside the arch.
- Other ideas.
My post includes tips for building rainbow arches like the ones I shared on Monday.

Thursday
OK, OK. I stepped away from the Everyday Arches on Thursday to play with other must-have favorites from the new offerings – the Darling Dinos Bundle (from the Spring Mini Catalog) and the Bloom Impressions Designer Series Paper (from Sale-a-Bration). Here’s the fun t-rex card I made to share with you on Thursday:
It’s a really fun bundle! If you want to read more about this project, CLICK HERE.
Friday
While I was playing with the Darling Dinos Bundle for Thursday’s card, I cranked out another dinosaur card with the coordinating brontosaurus. The builder sentiment that coordinates with this set is amazing – and I was happy to add it to this card:

Saturday
I whipped up a quick card to share with you on Saturday – a long, thin card that showcases a gorgeous page from the Everyday Happiness Designer Series Paper and the Friends for Life Bundle. What a great combination! Here’s the card I shared with you yesterday:
I love this paper so very much – my love is enhanced by the gorgeous mix of colors. If you want to learn more about this project and the products I used to make it, CLICK HERE.
It’s going to be a big week – and I can’t wait to share it with you.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Brian
