No Matter What

Yesterday was a whirlwind! After I passed over my $ million in career-to-date sales milestone* on Wednesday night, my Thursday was packed with warm congratulations and sweet supportive messages and phone calls. I couldn’t be happier with my Stampin’ Up! journey and all the amazing people I’ve befriended over the years. All of this celebration happened on the first full day I was back from last week’s surgery and two months ahead of my retirement from my career job. It’s a lot – and I’m grateful for every bit of it. Thank you so much for making me feel so special. ♥

i love you no matter what

I’m a huge advocate of love and respect for others. Unconditional love is an important safety net for so many – and everyone deserves to be loved for who they are. As I was feeling so much love yesterday and while I was playing with my new Meant to Bee Bundle, I made this card to express how I was feeling:

Meant to Bee Bundle, Bee My Valentine, Stampin' Up!, Brian King

I mean, really. How cute is this sweet card? I want to tell you a little more about it – but first, I want to show you some of the new products I used to make it. Here’s the Meant to Bee Bundle, which pairs well with the Bee My Valentine stamp set and Bee Builder Punch (but there are so many more must-haves in this bundle):

Meant to Bee Bundle, Stampin Up!, 167243This bundle is included in the Scrapbooking Brochure that was released on January 7 with the Mini Catalog, Online Exclusives and Sale-a-Bration. The coordinating Meant to Bee Dies includes 24 dies – and five of them crop two images (the hexagon dies crop a hexagon center and a thin frame around each). The largest hexagon is 5″ x 4-3/8″. Here’s a closer look at the Meant to Bee Dies:

Meant to Bee Dies, Stampin Up!, 166582My card base is built with the largest of the hexagon dies – I simple folded a piece of Petunia Pop cardstock and lined up the fold against the inside line of the die. I then cropped the layers for my card from the Cute as Can Bee Designer Series Paper, each layer framed with Basic Black cuts from the same die. Here’s a look at this adorable pack of papers:

Cute as Can Bee Designer Series Paper, Stampin Up! 166621Do the patterns in this pack of paper look familiar to you? They are the SAME designs from the Bee Mine Designer Series Paper that was released last Spring – only the colors have been updated, and I’m all in on it!

The sentiment on my card is heat embossed with the Bee My Valentine stamp set that’s available in the 2024 Annual Catalog and snipped with my Paper Snip Scissors. I love the font and design, but I really love the kindness behind the saying. Here’s a look at the Bee My Valentine stamp set:

Bee My Valentine, Stampin Up!, 162547I love the sweet mix of colors in the Cute as Can Bee Designer Series Paper – and they look great when paired with Basic Black. If you like this mix of Daffodil Delight, Pool Party, Petunia Pop, Old Olive and Basic Black as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:

Stampin Up! Color Inspiration - Daffodil Delight, Pool Party, Petunia Pop, Old Olive, Basic BlackThe flowers on my card are also cropped with the Meant to Bee Dies and topped with Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels that I colored with Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends.
