Congratulations with Textured Notes and Painted Stripes

Stampin’ Up! released some amazing Online Exclusives on Tuesday, and I really hope you check them out. Along with three incredible suite collections (stamps, dies, papers and embellishments/ribbon), there are some awesome bundles and stand-alone stamp sets in the release. I’ve created a card today that showcases one of the bundles and one of the stand-alone stamp sets. Here’s my card:

The Pretty Peacock leaves are stamped with the Textured Notes stamp set and cut out. The Smoky Slate rectangle is cropped with the coordinating Textured Notes Dies. Here’s a look at this gorgeous, new bundle:

Each of the eight rectangles in the set of dies features a unique pattern around its edges – and I love them all. Here’s a closer look at the pattern on the rectangle die on my card:

I originally cropped the rectangle from the striped panel, but the detail didn’t show up well on the striped piece, so I cut away the design from the striped panel and layered that over the Smoky Slate layer. Since we are already talking about the striped panel…I inked up the new Painted Stripes stamp with Night of Navy to create the gorgeous backdrop on this card. I mounted the Textured Notes leaves and a pair of flowers from the Serene Love Designer Series Paper on a circular Spotlight on Nature Die and positioned that over the striped panel. If you love to snip out flowers, there are SO MANY great flowers in the pages of this LAST CHANCE (and discounted!) pack of papers. The sentiment is stamped with the Translucent Florals stamp set and embellished with Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems (links to these products are provided below).
