There are so many beautiful stamps, papers and accessories in Stampin’ Up!’s 2024 Holiday Mini Catalog – so many that it might be possible to overlook some of the most beautiful things. If your pupils dilate and contract when you flip through the pages (mine do), then your focus might be distracted. Today I’m sharing a card with the first two bundle in the new catalog – I love them both individually, but they are perfection together. Here’s the card I made to share with you:
The gorgeous trees stamp beautifully in the Peaceful Evergreens stamp set. Here’s a look at this beautiful bundle:
I stamped the largest tree with Mossy Meadow ink and the other two with Old Olive ink. The trio of trees were my starting point for this card. Here’s a closer look at the trees on my card:
The sentiment on my card is stamped with Mossy Meadow and framed with Real Red cardstock. The red frame was originally cropped with the banner die in the bundle, but I cropped away the tails for a streamlined label. Here’s a look at the Peaceful Season Bundle:
My trio of trees in Old Olive and Mossy Meadow deserved a paper with one of those colors – but I was drawn to a page that features BOTH. I have always loved the plaid page in the Season of Green & Gold Specialty Designer Series Paper, so it was easy for me to reach for it again. Here’s a look at the colors and patterns in this elegant pack of papers:
The greens and gold in this paper are so beautiful and so classy. Adding a little pop of red, though, really packs a punch. If you love this mix of Real Red, Old Olive and Mossy Meadow as much as I do, I hope you’ll save this for future reference:
I added a Real Red frame and a Basic White frame around my plaid panel – another pop of red is never a bad idea. I added three Mossy Meadow Faux Glass Dots to accent the trees on my card. Love these things!
