Summertime One-for-One Swap: Day 4

I’ve got more cards to share from the Summertime One-for-One Swap.  I think you are going to love these just as much as you have loved the others.  Please let these artists know how much you adore their work, and if you received their card, please let everyone know how beautiful the card was in person – there’s not an ugly one in the bunch.  🙂  If you haven’t seen your card yet, please wait to comment so that we can make sure the creator sees your thanks and praise.

These cards don’t all use current Stampin’ Up!, but they give great color cobminations, layouts and ideas for beautiful card designs.  Let’s get this party started!Summertime One-for-One Swap, by Nancy Farrell

I hope you enjoyed these cards.  I know I sure loved seeing them all as they paraded their way out of my mailbox, through my living room and then to the Fungeon for picture-taking.  I was excited to drop them in the mail because I know the excitement they would bring to the recipients.

Please let these artists know how much you love their cards.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

  2. all are GORGEOUS… I especially love Marsha’s St. Patrick’s Day card!

Thanks for all of the inspiration, Brian!

  3. Oh WOW!! Another gorgeous parade of fabulous cards!!! I love Sonny’s rainbow card, how did you apply the three colors on that flower stamp, my friend?? The one other card she made with the little bird looks amazing with the beautiful embossing folder around the image, I must get the framelets you used to cut the bottom half of the green card stock, what an elegant detail. All of this cards are little works of art, how fantastic that we all have the chance to show off our talents and creativity and share it here, on Brian’s blog. I look forward to his card swaps because we can all see the different styles and techniques from wonderful crafters around the Country. Thank you ladies, for this feast to the eyes, and thanks again Brian, for being such a wonderful host.

  4. Thank you Maria for your compliments. The Kindness flower is so easy to use in many different ways that any color you choose looks good so I thought a mix of colors would look good with that dsp that was my gift during Sale A Bration . And I used the Floral Framelets on both of my cards shown . Aren`t these cards shown today so pretty and colorful ? It`s like they put on their prettiest dresses to have their pictures taken !!

  15. How exciting to get another installment!
Nancy, your two cards are so very different! The butterfly card is stunning and elegant while the bold blue and yellow is fun and flirty! Who does not love polka dots?
Marsha, your two cards are very similar in layout but with different colors and stamps your can certainly have two WAY different looks! Your St. Patrick’s Day card is so bright and cheery while your baby card is so SWEET! Love that framelit set.
Alice, your seashell card is a very well executed CAS card! It is simply striking and simply gorgeous!
Sonny, I am the lucky recipient of your “rainbow” card! When opened it is immediately put a HUGE smile on my face! It is so HAPPY! My six year old said, “Mom, it’s your favorite color! All of them!” 🙂 Your other card is so very unique and elegant! I am sitting here studying it and trying to see HOW you did that edge! I don’t usually CASE my ideas but I just may have to with this one and hope you consider it a sincere form of flattery! 😉
Thanks Brian for hosting this swap!
