Designer Series Paper Swatch Books – Occasions Catalog
I’ve been in the Fungeon for the past couple of days, prepping for the Occasions Catalog Designer Series Paper Swatch Books. Oh, yippee, I’m excited! You are going to LOVE these papers – they are all so rich and beautiful and versatile – and I’m so excited to share these swatch books with you. If you don’t know what I mean when I mention these (because you are either new to my blog or you haven’t been paying attention or you have short-term memory because you are the star of a soap opera), my post about the 2013 Spring Catalog Designer Series Paper Swatch Books summarizes them best (check it out by clicking here.
Product Shares – Occasions Catalog
I’ll also be hosting product shares (shares to be announced soon), so be on the lookout! Since I started offering product shares last Fall, I’ve received several questions about what product shares are and how product shares work. While it is not a complicated concept, the idea of a product share is often times muddied by multiple options and complicated sign-ups. SO, I drafted up a quick cartoon to walk you through the process step-by-step. I hope this helps:
Again, product shares will be announced soon, so please be on the lookout. If you want to be on my email distribution, please email me at [email protected].
Mini Memories Simply Created Album Kit
I’ve got one more fun gift to share with you today. This week, Stampin’ Up! released a video of one the kits that’s featured in the Occasions Catalog. This video does a great job of sharing a sneak peek at the items in this kit.
I hope your day is filled with wonderful times with family and friends.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Tomorrow. Yesterday, I shared some of the Christmas cards I’ve received this year (SOME – I can’t possibly share all of them). See these cards here. Tomorrow, I will share some more of these cards – you won’t want to miss it.
Your illustrations crack me up! You are too funny! Have a very Merry Christmas, Brian!
LOVE IT ! You know I have to have my new catty shares ! Sometimes that is all you need to make a few cards and it`s a great way to see what the dsp looks like in hand . That way you can order more of what you really love . The cartoon world will be knocking at your door soon ! How clever you are my friend ! Merry Christmas Eve!
A Good morning giggle, it’s the King version of the comics at breakfast!
Fun post! Made me guffaw !
You are one clever guy! I love your illustrations❤️
Love your cartoon walk through! Of course “I want it all” and can’t wait to see all of the new stuff. Have a Merry Christmas and joyous New Year.
Sheeesh Brian, you’ve banned glitter AND confetti!! lol, love your very funny illustrations. Merry Christmas
Ok. I found this, just don’t want to miss the new swatch books! Thanks.
See how creative you are? Who in the world would think to make getting swatch books so much FUN??!! Adorable!~ And I can’t wait till they are ready! For anyone reading Brian’s post about his swatch books…and wondering if you should get them, do not hesitate! I am a demo and I get so many oohs and ahhs when I put these out during my workshops. It totally makes a difference because they can see and touch the paper samples. The printing process in catalogs does not give a true color hue of the papers, so having these little guys around really helps sell DSP! And, when the paper is retired, they are the perfect size to use on a card or scrap book page. I use my scraps to make cards during what I call my “scrappy days”.. these fit the bill perfectly! So if you’re thinking about it….just do it! You won’t be sorry! 🙂
