Pinch Me – Day Two of My Weekend

Yesterday I shared my recap of our World Card Making Day event.  What a blast!  Pam and I were both left exhausted – but smiling.  If you missed my post, you can see it here.  That event was held on Friday with almost 200 of our favorite people on Earth.  On Saturday, Stampin’ Up!’s OnStage event was held in the same convention center as our event from the day before.  Today I want to share some news from that event…unbelievable news.

While Stampin’ Up!’s live event took place in Australia, several local areas were able to receive live feeds and experience some amazing presentations from attendees in our area.  What fun!  Stampin’ Up!’s executive team shared much about the company’s growth and successes over the past year along with focus for the coming year.  We received some great training and made some fun make-and-takes with new products from the upcoming Occasions Catalog.  Here’s my table from the Stampin’ Up! event:

Table                  from left to right:  Robyn Ryan, Robbye Hamilton, Mary King (Mom), Brian King, Gay Lynn Morrison, Karen Szczepkowski – Robbye, Mom and Gay Lynn are members of my InKing Royalty team

We also celebrated accomplishments of demonstrators from all over the world at this event.    Demonstrators were ranked in several categories like sales, team building and leadership.  Then we were were introduced to the very first Global Top 100 Demonstrators – a ranking of demonstrators who’ve balanced of all these categories in their businesses.  After listening to the names of many of my friends and wonderfully successful demonstrators, I was THRILLED to hear my name as #34 in the World.  #34 out of 46,000+ demonstrators.  How crazy is that!?

34#34 in the World translates to #16 in the United States.  Such an honor!  All of my Facebook friends already know how excited I am about this, but I need to share it here for my non-Facebook friends.  This recognition isn’t all about me – it’s a huge nod to my amazing customers who’ve supported me, my beloved leaders who’ve guided me and my ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE InKing Royalty Team Members who inspire me every day.  All of those things helped me to be #34 in the world.  THANK YOU!

Here I am on stage with the other Top 100 demonstrators who attended the Atlanta event:

lineup-for-awardsWhat an incredible way to wrap up a wonderful weekend!  Well, at the tail-end of the list of Top Demos (a countdown from 100 to 1), we were all excited beyond belief to watch my up-upline, Mary Fish, be recognized as the #1 Demonstrator in the World.  We’ve always known she is an amazing woman – so glad to see that the rest of the world can see it, too!

Brian King and Mary FishThe event also gave us a sneak peek at the new Occasions Catalog and Sale-a-Bration Brochure – start saving now because these books are amazing!  Amazing!

new-catalogsDon’t want you to get too excited about these new books and amazing products because there are still some pretty amazing items you don’t yet have from the Annual Catalog and the Holiday Catalog.  You will still need those.  🙂

If you want to order from these catalogs PRONTO, I want you to know that Stampin’ Up! demonstrators get to pre-order in early December.  We also get to earn Sale-a-Bration items.  If you’d like to earn a discount on the Stampin’ Up! products you love and want to hang out with a group of out-of-this-world people, please give it a try!  There’s NO commitment, and you don’t have to buy another thing – ever (if you don’t want).  Here’s my awesome customer-turned-team-member, Carole Gaines, showing her love for our InKing Royalty group:

Carole GainesI love that woman, and I love that tote.  I’d LOVE to chat with you about joining my team – please email me at [email protected] to set up a quick call.  Let’s make it happen!  🙂
